P. W.Great service. It's actually over a year since I had my appointment at The Specs Factory, but it was a breath of fresh air when I did. I had a free eyetest at a high street chain who prescribed my glasses. I went to get the prescription itself made up into lenses at The Specs Factory, who gave me another test and told me that I didn't need glasses at all. I appreciate their honesty and the level of service was entirely different and much more personal, too. Thanks! :)
S. Q.Excellent service I have had my glasses from here for about 3 years now and one of the screws came out of the plastic near the nose. I took them in to the specs factory this morning. And with in two minutes they had put new pieces in both sides no charge well done I,ll be back with my new pescription soon.
