When I arrived it looked chaotic but I was mistaken and the chaos I observed was actually efficient and well managed. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. The young lady optometrist was super brilliant and knew her trade well. So it all smiles from me. Keep up the good work. 🤓 🏍️ 💙

Very friendly and professional service. I was seen at the appointed time for my test and afterwards received excellent advice for my new glasses with no pushy selling. A hundred times better than the experience I had when visiting their main competitor last time. I'm looking forward to collecting my glasses and will probably chose a second pair while I'm there.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great welcome, everything cleaned in front of you so that you know it’s definitely been done. The optician put me at my ease and went through all of the results of the pre-tests as well as the sight test. I felt comfortable selecting frames and was given a box to put the used frames in for cleaning later. I was told to expect my glasses in 2weeks and they were ready in 1 week. Excellent.

My eye test took over an hour. Some of my tests had to be repeated as the equipment as per the operator "keeps playing up". This is the 3rd time I have attended an eye test and each time they couldn't find my previous details/prescription. I am seriously considering going else where next year.

Everything ok, check in process and initial consultation fine. Unfortunately when my daughter went in for her eye test she encountered an issue that I feel was unacceptable. The young chap giving her the test removed his face mask and instructed my daughter to do the same. My daughter moved it down her face a little thinking it was perhaps too close to her eyes but was promptly instructed to remove it altogether. She then questioned the optician as she is very aware of Covid procedures due to her job, but his response was “it’s ok, I’m tested twice a week!” My daughter didn’t mention to me what had happened until we got home but it was clearly bothering her. I’ve racked my brains and I can see no reason why he would insist on removing face masks for an eye exam! In fact, as he was within about 12 inches of my daughters face I’d say it was imperative that they both kept their face masks in place. Perhaps someone could contact me to explain why this happened.

Visited here today. Had a contact lens check and full eye test. All the staff are great and the costings of the glasses are clear so makes it easy to decide what you want. I would recommend to anyone very professional thanks so much for a great customer experience.

Date and time 16-06-2020 11:30 - 12:00 Store Norwich Tesco Extra Blue Boar Lane, Sprowston NR7 8AB Norwich Just had my yearly eye test. Would like to say Hannah and chap who did my eye exam were lovely. Very efficient, knowlagable and friendly. Been going to VE for a while now since they found I had glaucoma 3 years ago due to the machines they use, if I had stayed at my old one it would not have been picked up. Wouldn't like to think what would have happened. Definitely recommend.
