Excellent service delivered from Joshua. I have visited Vision Express in Norwich few times, and each time Joshua assisted me. Professional, helpful and friendly. Got my new glasses, eye test, and contact lenses test, all done very quickly.

Steven the optometrist was superb, while he is at the Norwich branch I will not be going anywhere else! All the staff are very friendly and attentive, the only bit that was disappointing was there were no exciting offers from your company. Being in sales all my life, you had a golden opportunity with me being in your store to maximise on a sale. But if you have no really good offers advertised in store, you can be the best salesperson in the world, you ain’t going sell me anything! And it this case, You didn’t. I have since been on line and seen a multitude of places where I can get lots of special deals and discounts on ‘like for like’ same products. Well, to all the staff keep up the good work. To the management, next time you have a board meeting please remember your loyal customers, like myself who would spend if the ‘PRICE IS RIGHT!’

I had my appointment yesterday and was impressed by how thorough and professionally I was treated. I also had had an eye infection and was able to receive some excellent advice about that as well. There is always a good balance of friendly and professional, and putting people at ease.

Everybody l spoke to was polite and helpful, especially the young lady who helped me choose new frames. I have visited many times before so the procedure was quite familiar to me. I can't really give you a full rating until I receive my glasses, although l do feel it would have been better to come in to make sure they fitted perfectly instead of just sending them to me, but we will see when they arrive. The service I received at the Vision Express outlet in the Tesco store,Dereham, Norfolk was as exemplary as it has been on every visit I have made to them over a number of years. Nothing is too much trouble, Stephen and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and friendly. They are all a credit to Vision Express and retail workers as a whole. I look forward to seeing them again when I collect my new spectacles in about 10 days time. Keep up the great work 👍

Was much impressed with their attitude towards my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair and who has essential tremors so it must have been a difficult think to do. The staff are great. But I do think £69 to buy new lenses on top of the cost of the actual new lenses is a greedy move by the company, and that is why i won't be returning to Vision Express. The frames are purchased from you at my last eye test, and the lenses were never quite right.

Dev in particular was so lovely,made us all feel at ease. Choosing my glasses is a process which I hate,but once I explained what I wanted the perfect pair were chosen for me to try! I just got home from my appointment. Straight away when I walked in, the staff were brilliant - so kind and friendly. When they explained processes and doing pre-checks they were so efficient! It was a really easy process. The optician was clear and helpful. It really was a team effort. I have very complex sight needs, and many questions, and they did everything they could to help me. I felt so valued. Big shout out to Billie who worked so hard to support me throughout! Thank you to the Castle Quarter team!

I first went to Vision Express for an annual eye appointment in January 2021. The optician and the staff were very good. Thee optician told me that I had Cataracts on both eyes and my vision was poor . This came from building houses in the tropics in the sun without wearing sun glasses. He said he would refer me to have them done . The NHS rang me with a few days I was amazed and they booked me in to a local centre where the wait was short unlike all major hospitals Is have had both eyes done in 3 months and today I went back for an eye test and reading glasses. I had another eye test and the optician was great explained everything to me. So I cannot praise the staff at The Norwich branch enough . They are so nice and helpful 10/10 in my view

After a disaster of a bus ride I had a panic attack in the shop about being late and missing my appointment. The staff member Roxanne sat me down and was really nice and understanding and helped calm me down a bit. The world needs more people like them!!

Today I went in to get some Glasses as my eye sight had gotten a little worse and from start to finish (I went in twice) the staff were so so friendly. They also had a buy one get one half price offer so I was able To get my sunglasses for delivery driving. The lady who was new was so professional and lovely while the rest of the staff helping her train were brilliant also. They seemed like a really nice friendly group of work friends. Thank you for today as I did try to find other glasses that I liked from previewing previously but they were too busy to serve and prioritised other things or too rude in other stores with attitudes. 5 stars just for the staff alone. Polite, curious and very friendly. Couple that with professional and knowlegeable and you've got a great experience. They will do their very best to make sure you get what you need and want. To say I have been a nightmare is an understatement. My first pair of varifocals and to say I'm struggling to get on with them is a bit short of the mark, yet the staff have been exceptionaly helpful in making sure I get the fit of the lens right. There is no pressure sales or hurry up we have more to see. It's been a brilliant and personal service that I thought had gone out of fashion when I was younger.

it's a shame people are willing to slander a company after just one experience! I found VE to be friendly efficient and absolutely thorough with my eye health. I walked away confident and felt like a VIP for the attention they gave me. My glasses did take a little longer than previous opticians in the past but they were well worth the wait. A good thing cannot be rushed! Customer service was second to none when I had a small problem with the frame... they dealt with the issue in a friendly and efficient manner and I walked away an extremely happy customer. Compared to another largish organisation when I asked for my frames to be tightened when they worked loose after just 12 months use, I was asked "what have you done to them?" by a very unfriendly assistant and said that I would probably have to pay ! (to just tighten a small screw!!) VE gets top marks in my opinion, friendly, efficient, professional. Definitely go there ! Ignore the negatives...

I broke my glasses on Saturday and was about due for an eye test so thought I'd kill two birds with one stone. I needed the appointment on the Sunday and out of everywhere we called (basically every optician in Norfolk) only these guys took the time to not only take our number in case of cancellation but actually fit us in. The gentleman who looked after me, Bob I think his name was, was both professional and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain my prescription to me (something that in my 20 odd years of wearing glasses no one has done) and also explained how best to choose glasses for my (rather strong) prescription. He even helped me make a decision on the frames when it came down to style. The optician that did my test was also incredibly friendly and professional. Again, he took the time to show me thing that no one else had done, such as the photographs they took of my eye, including explaining what I was seeing. To top it off, the range of glasses they had available was thoroughly impressive, having been to a range of opticians throughout my life I feel comfortable saying that Vision Express' range is as good as anyone else if not better. Overall I couldn't be more happy with their service and professionalism and they have earned life-long customers of both me and my wife. I couldn't recommend them more.
