Gav was really thorough in conducting the eye test and explained everything clearly. I felt like my concerns were listened to. The staff in the store who helped me select my frames were also really professional and kind. The frames are quite pricey if you're on a limited budget, although there is a budget range, but overall the experience was a positive one.

I was greeted by 3 lovely ladies. I was made to feel welcome straight away. The store looks amazing and the choice of frames is great. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. DC has a high end feel, with a high level of service to match. Yet the prices are extremely reasonable and comparable the big high street opticians. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, especially with the extra restrictions of COVID.
