Booked to do an eye test at my 87 year old grandma’s home. Steph was professional, friendly and made my grandma feel extremely comfortable. She explained everything well and managed to get everything across even though my grandma is hard of hearing. 100% recommend these guys to anyone with eye care needs. Doing amazing work for people that need it the most!

Stephanie visited my father in law on Saturday. The examination was fantastic and in his own home made the so easy. Stephanie was so friendly and professional. She found a problem and made the referral to the GP immediately. Even better was her piano skills which lifted my heart to the sky . Steph was amazing! My eldest daughter is autistic and would struggle to go to an opticians, so Steph came out to us. Before she came she sent a photo and a video so my daughter would know who to expect, and asked if it’d be better if she came in normal clothes rather than her uniform. And then she was brilliant, taking it slowly, letting my daughter lead and even taught her some sign language, which she loved! I’d definitively recommend Freedom Eyecare. Thanks again, Steph!

Very efficient convenient service. Ann was very professional and friendly. Arrived on time and did a good job of checking my wife's eyes at home. Then provided a choice of frames and once chosen, the glasses were delivered as promised. Recommend them for anybody who has mobility issues and can not visit opticians. Will be using them again
