Amy is very professional and experienced in her role and the examinations are very thorough. Excellent choice of glasses and advice with contact lenses too. Excellent professional care. First class eye test with great care and attention and also detailed advice on dry eye condition, better than anywhere else I’ve experienced. Terrific help from the Store Manager and all other staff on the selection of Lindberg frames which always require specialist knowledge. I was very pleased with the thorough eye test that Amy gave me this morning. Having been to several opticians for help with my difficult eye problems, I have found Amy to be the most knowledgeable and I feel totally confident with the advice she gives me. She is patient and caring and she takes time to explain and advise. Definitely the best optician !

The optometrist was very thorough and kept me aware of what the various tests were showing. Her interpersonal skills are as high as her professional skills. The young man who helped me to choose frames and did some measurements was patient and helpful without being intrusive.

I've had so much bad luck with my Tom Ford glasses. 2 pairs both have broken. After emailing DC & contacting the shop, Ana was extremely understanding and within hesitation, Ana chose a pair of glasses she thought I'd like, save them till I arrived into the shop of Oxford. These were perfect and I'm now over the moon, feel more confident and learnt to never buy Tom Fords again. Ana was very helpful and went out her way to assist me.

Best eye test i have ever had. Amy sorted out my dry eye problem and her recommendations re how to manage my varifocal glasses for different functions(driving, computer work, everyday needs) were both helpful and actually worked. Highly recommend her.

Sam is a glasses fixing god. The screw in my glasses got lost and neither Specsavers or Vision Express could fix it properly. Then I found Sam at David Clulow and he was great. Couldnt more highly recommend this shop.

Fantastic service from Samuel, helped me find a frame that really fits my face after I'd been looking for ages, and was also just a great guy to have a chat with. I usually find picking new glasses really hard, but Samuel made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable!
