D. W.Always friendly and knowledgeable about eyewear and also help’s with changing my hearing aid tubes. Really great at eye testing and doesn’t bombard you with phone calls. They also use text messages to remind you of appointments. I tend to just turn up to get my tubes changed and I get all the batteries free. Around five packets of batteries with around 8 in the package. The staff goes above and beyond here in Market Deeping. They people who do the eye tests and hearing tests are professional and friendly. Always happy to listen to anything you have a problem with and the bend over backwards to make sure you leave happy with the Glasses 🤓 and happy with the hearing aids.

V. C.I took my 5yr old great granddaughter for her first eye test and she was very anxious, the young man was brilliant he chatted to her didn't rush her, gave her time to see what he was doing. By the time she left she was back to her usual happy self. Well worth taking your child to this place.
J. C.Everything's ok except a Chap in Scrivens portrayed an arrogant manner when explaining details of hearing aids. It was not necessary and in could be have been dealt with much better. Surprising to think he might have missed the lessons about public relations.
