What a great place to have your eyes tested. The ophthalmologist was extremely helpful, very thorough and left no stone unturned. Even rang after I left the shop with further information.

10/10 i got prescription sunglasses, glasses and eye test sorted in under half hour. Obviously i have to wait for glasses to be made. Staff seemed happy and the price was better than i expected.

This Vision Express location received me really well again (this was my 3rd eye test) and were really welcoming. Initial tests were good and then on into the eye test booth; again there was some difficulty in matching me to my previous visits and records. But we moved quickly to the Optician phase, everything was done in a super friendly way and very professionally. Some excellent explanations about what is going on with my eyes and the testing automation was fantastic. Great service, thanks. Prescription changed and out to the front of house for the big choice. All made, nice options, not too painful. Records were there in the machine all along..great experience all round though. Thanks so much.

Lovely calm atmosphere no one seemed to be rushing about didn't have to wait long to be seen for the first few checks. Eye test was done and the optician explained what was needed. Helpful girl found the ideal frames for my new lenses. Not to expensive which was a pleasant surprise.

The optometrist both who saw myself and my daughter were superb. Their manner was friendly and helpful. Even though it was towards the end of the day, it was a pleasant experience and very professional, I was so impressed with all the high level of technology. It made it actually so much easier and on point. I feel very confident in the result. My only minor point I would mention is that I was not made aware of the offer on glasses until after I’d chosen 2 pairs, and paying. But strangely I had had the cheapest range suggested first, not really giving the best deal. But hey ho, no love lost. Thanks

It was quiet in the store so I was happy to help train a member of staff using my order. All assistants who helped me select and order my glasses were outstanding in their help and professionalism. The lady who was learning did a fab job putting my order through and she was monitored during the whole process making sure that it was done thoroughly. Fab service from a great bunch of ladies!!

The staff were really friendly and professional. I signed up to the contact lens subscription which I was told would be less than 10 pound a month for 10 pairs and my first dd would come out in a few weeks which I was fine with. But I couldn't understand why I then had to pay for 30 pairs upfront before hand which was about £20 including the 25 % discount so I didn't mind too much but will have 30 pairs which I won't need. I thought this a bit strange and this could have been explained better to me when I pointed this out as I'm still non the wiser but apart from that the service was faultless

Amazing experience at Vision Express in Tescos. Everyone was great and so friendly. A special thank you to my Optometrist Faraz Khan, who put me at ease and explained the results of my eye exam in detail. I didn't catch the names of the 2 ladies who I interacted with, but they were fabulous also. Especially the assistant who helped me with choosing frames. She went out of her way to help me, looking through drawers etc for styles. I did not get the same experience at the rival Opticians across the mall in a previous visit! Well done Vision Express!!

Staff were patient, explained everything in detail, including a breakdown of the cost of the payment towards the new glasses etc. There was also no pressure to choose there and then, you could go off for a coffee and come back and select the right pair(s) for you.

Good service start to finish with eye test and choosing lenses. Been using this store for years before it changed to Vision Express. This store uses Tesco Opticians format for eye tests which I prefer. Only negative, Vision Express Lenses are a bit pricey hence four stars. Otherwise a good reliable service.

Felt very safe. Everything was cleaned before I sat down. Social distancing was in place. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who took my appointment but he was lovely! I have always had good service but today was exceptional. Kath was very welcoming and friendly and this time I saw the resident optician Bihari who was so knowledgeable and informative. He offered me alternative options for my contact lenses and explained to me about using glasses more, so went ahead and ordered some varifocals. Danielle who assisted me choosing my glasses was really helpful . I was really impressed with my whole appointment and would highly recommend .

Excellent eye test with superb staff and optician. Prompt and on time and the test felt thorough. Very friendly with no pressure to buy after the eye test. The staff and opticians were very professional at Peterborough. However in October 2020 I had taken out the Vision Express Advantage which I was sold in the knowledge the my glasses would be covered if damaged. INCLUDING the lenses. It transpires only the frames are covered for damage. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
