Optition Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She had clearly read and understood my added notes regarding my son's autism. She was gentle, kind and explained every step for him, he really warmed to her. When she handed us over to the girl on the shop floor, she discreetly told her to make sure she took notice of the note at the bottom of the form. Thankyou to both of you

After a rather difficult start ... I thought I would get buy one get one free ... my Son contacted the Plymstock branch and queried my order. He was told that because I had two different prescriptions, this was not possible. I contacted the branch to let them know that their promotion was very misleading ... I felt a little upset because I had paid for two pairs at £149 each, and as they were two different pairs then I should have at least a pair free. I was delighted when the young lady I spoke to agreed. When I collected my glasses, the lady serving me noticed that one pair had a scratched lens. Four days later I had a call to collect the repaired pair. Great service, the staff are a credit to their profession.

Very happy with my glasses, little longer because I have to have lenses thinned and bi-focals. Staff very helpful, with which frame suited my face best….. all in all a good experience

Excellent service. Very helpful friendly staff setting a high standard of service. The face recognition app to help suggest suitable frames was very good too. A quick, inexpensive and easy visit. Ok went there for repairs to hearing aid. No one rang when ready so struggled for about a week,then fou d still not working and they had to send aid away fo repair. Again shop floor staff did not let me know when ready.

Ok but not too forward when you wish for help. Contacted then twice about the scratches on the lens. Ask then if they can repair or replace. Sent 2 emails but no reply. I need to have by ears tested but I think I might try another optician. Following a reply from Specsavers and my recent visit to Specsavers at the Broadway, Plymstock all my questions and problems have now been dealt with.So for that I have updated my star selection to 4 rather than the previous selection of 2.

Selection of frames are Very limited in styles / colours. Especially under £69 options. Depressingly disappointing and upsetting; nearly in tears by the time I eventually gave up and left. If you 'final' pair of Glasses, once made-up, is likely to be at least £160/pair (incl. best offer). Then you want to enjoy, not dread having to wear them.
