M. E.Excellent service received yesterday, seen very quickly with my pre checks done quickly & efficiently then my check up with the optician was with humour, knowledge and confidence. Every step taken during my eye test was explained to me and I certainly felt huge confidence in the optician's ability. After the test I was helped by a lovely assistant to choose my new glasses. All above worked beyond their job remits. Very impressed and would certainly recommend to all family & friends.

Everyone is friendly and efficient , attention to hygiene is top notch.
I was called forward at my appointment time and , after having my eyes tested thoroughly ,was helped in choosing new glasses and in having measurements thoroughly checked by three other members of staff.
It was a pleasant surprise to discover that my cataracts are not as advanced as I feared , also welcome news that the stylish glasses I chose , being varifocals, came with a 33% reduction in price.
I shall certainly continue to recommend Vision Express to my friends and anyone who is looking for a reliable ,reasonable and responsible company to take care of their precious eyesight.

The staff couldn’t have been more kind or more helpful. The optician was a real professional and also a kind and friendly young man.
In selecting glasses, everything was carefully explained, snd help was also available in choosing frames

S. W.Contact lens appointment: very efficient booking service - friendly, professional & helpful staff. Would’ve been 5* but for the short notice sickness of the Optician which resulted in a 2 week delay.
However, the staff were quick to contact me & did their best to provide the best available solution.

J. D.Excellent service from vision express at Tesco Roborough. The optician Geoff, was extremely helpful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure I had the right contact lenses. Checked my eyes and gave me advice. My contact lenses were ordered and delivered within 2 days. The member of staff who set up my direct debits etc were also very efficient, ringing me and letting me know when my trial lenses were ready to pick up from the store. Would definitely recommend this opticians. Customer service and attention to detail, superb.
