I find it very difficult to choose frames that suit my face shape. However, today I had help from a young man called Muhammad and another young lady who wore a head scarf (sorry didn't get her name). They were both very patient and helpful. They both had excellent knowledge about the different lenses and frames. The other staff were also very polite and professional. Thank you so much for an excellent service.

My initial opticians appointment couldn’t be faulted but my appointment to collect my glasses today was very disappointing. The staff seemed very flustered, I was given my glasses and sent on my way, this seemed strange because in the past when I’ve collected glasses they check the glasses fit you correctly and make sure you’re happy. Maybe times have changed.

Great place to get your glasses, had an issue, sorted it straight away.

Very welcoming and alert. Greeted by all with a smile. Good sanitisation measures for covid etc. Would feel much better if all staff wore masks and wore them properly, i.e. covering their nose too. Would feel better if there was ventilation as it is a small store adjoining a large Sainsburys - no air circulation or filtering of air. Love the new glasses and they got my varifocals spot on. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Specsavers Flintcroft Way (Sainsbury's) wonderful helpful staff who give their time to ensure you get the glasses that are right for you. Friendly, knowledgeable offering a great service. A big thank you to Julie who convinced me to go for varifocals after my total uncertainty. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! Turned up 30 minutes before closing without a prescription from that store. The determined Manager ( Janet from memory ) called her colleagues at the Blackburn branch repeatedly until they answered, then obtained my prescription and helped me purchase a pair of specs even after the store officially closed. Cannot compliment or indeed recommend them highly enough. Who said customer service is dead. Restored my faith, and all done with a smile. Thanks again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Went here with concerns about my vision at night whilst driving and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Was sat down, tested and had my glasses ordered all within 20minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Very good quality brand of shops, staff was so kind and helpful and most of time you can have a full sight test for free, thanks to their coupon offers. This particular shop didn't have such a big choice of spectacles -that's why I'm not giving 5 stars- but I still found the perfect pair for me! Really recommended 👍

Pretty good first experience with the new store inside Sainsbury's at Deepdale. Very friendly staff very welcoming and no pressure to upsell. Love the free parking and ability to combine appointment with a shopping outing. You could now get your eyes tested at Specsavers, your teeth checked at the on-site dentist, pop upstairs for a brew or light lunch then buy something from Argos and then get your weekly shopping in the same visit or perhaps pop to the football nearby in one great location, oh an I forgot, you can fill up your car after washing it. Truly a one stop experience, what more could you ask.

It has parking, disabled access, and staff are very helpful and spectacles are fairly priced, as are the other services if you need them. I found the staff to be excellent in their abilities and jobs.

Very convenient with it being located in Sainsburys. Polite and competent staff. I've used them a few times now and found them to be consistently good.
