Great staff, great service. Glasses were ready in less than a week. Thorough eye test from Maariyah, addressing all my concerns and explaining everything throughout. Liz, Jamie, Naz and Toni the manager were fantastic, always on hand to help and give their honest opinions when choosing glasses. Highly recommended.

Having had one unsatisfactory visit a month previous, I then had to visit again to adjust my glasses. This time though was an entirely different experience and can't thank Jamie enough for the wonderful service and the job he has done on my glasses. I went today for repairing my husband's glasses. The lady, who provided the service there was really helpful and I felt really happy about the way how she considers people which was absolutely wonderful; Especially nowadays where everything is business minded or give and take in nature. The staff at Vision Express Preston are helpful, courteous and professional. I felt that the tests performed were very thorough and addressed a wide range of issues. I have my eyes checked there annually. Also if your eyes have not significantly changed, they do not try to sell you some new glasses. They also clean and adjust your current glasses free of charge. Excellent team!

The staff at Vision Express went above and beyond the call of duty it was another great example of true professionalism. From the moment I stepped into the store I felt at ease by the lovely smiling faces that approached me. I didn't have to wait long considering I was slightly late and they were very busy. I was given a very thorough examination checked and double checked before being sat down to talk about my glasses. The staff were lovely and friendly giving you alot of kind consideration and untrusted in making your decisions as it's hard to find glasses that suit at times. Excellent service I felt that the optician listened to me and did their best to get me the right lenses for my sight. She also advised me on what I can do to prevent it getting worse and such. The lady who assisted me with chooses the frames and the options available to me was amazing also. Friendly and welcoming. I have bad anxiety problems, employees with excellent skills such as this truly make these appointments worth attending! Her name was on my receipt but I can't for the life of me find it!! So, if she reads this. I want to thank her for all her hard work, help and patience 🙏

Fatima the optician was very thorough and knows what she's doing. She did my eye tests and checked my eye condition too. She took her time with me which shows she wants to get it right unlike others who rush you out after an eye test. Just amazing. It was slightly more expensive but I didn't mind as I felt I was in good hands and the optician was very thorough. My new glasses are excellent. However, after my experience yesterday in Vision Express (Preston) I’m now a customer for the foreseeable future. The glasses I recently received, well after the ETA, should have been for reading but when I tried them they were very blurred?? Discovered they had been glazed with distance lenses. This is being remedied and hopefully I will soon receive the correct pair.
