Needed an eye test and having waiting an eternity at a rival in centre of Reading, I visited my local Asda branch. My eye test was free as I have turned 60. I was recommended to have a pair of spectacles for working with computers which I choose together with a backup pair. Choosing was easy as was fitting. They came through as a text announcement about 2 weeks later. Prices are very competitive.

Great price/quality ratio. I bought two pair of progressive glasses with my own prescription, I had some issues with one pair, they fixed it changing the lenses for free!. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent service, they got my prescription so right, first time in a long time. I require a very complicated prescription and it has been a struggle to get the right one and they were very patient with me. I am completely blown away with the quality of glasses I got. I’m so glad I can finely see various prints without straining my eyes.

Outstanding service, generally have a low opinion of opticians as most seem organised to extract your cash. At ada they went above and beyond, took the time to explain my issue and how it could be resolved, very, very impressed with the patience shown, thier knowledge and ability to explain to a layman. I got my glasses from Asda Optician and the person who was helping me with my first glasses was John. I have to say that John is a genuinely lovely person, very welcoming and kind and he made sure that I was happy with my choice. Choosing my first glasses was not an easy experience for me that's why I am so thankful to John for giving me all support and help.

Absolutely fantastics by Mr Dhaliwal. I've never had a eye test so in depth as this one he was brilliant put me at ease by making conversation. Have always had a good experience although it can be a little longer appointment time than usual, glasses are great and prices are fabulous. Staff and always very friendly.
