I am so happy and impressed with the optical express service and team. Everything from the beginning to end was never rushed and I never felt pressured to do anything. I always felt at ease and was given all the options available and had all my questions answered. Casper and another receptionist (I’m sorry I forgot his name) were both so welcoming and helped me to feel settled at each appointment especially on the day of surgery. The actual surgery was very calm and quick and the after care explained well. I couldn’t be happier and do agree with the brochure that I should have done this much earlier. Thank you optical express team for helping to change my life 🙂

I Cannot thank the amazing team at Optical Express in Reading for such a friendly, courteous and above all professional Experience. From the moment I walked in the staff were warm, accommodating and happy to answer all the questions that I had whilst constantly being reassuring and patient. From start to finish the process was easy. Every member of staff at the Reading branch for my pre lens replacement tests were happy, helpful and courteous. As we're all the staff at the London westfield branch. If I had known how easy the process was I would have had it done years ago. Struggling with glasses and contacts for years. The staff were extremely polite and professional. I had initially visited for a LASIK consultation and procedure. On a stroke of bad luck, I had an eye infection which meant my treatment had to be postponed for 2 months. During this time I was able to regularly visit the clinic and get treatment and attention for my eye infection. The staff were extremely supportive. Now 1 month on my vision is clear and I am grateful that my experience was as a good as it was in spite of my bad luck! Cheers team.
