K. W.Glad I had the £10 optional OCT scan. I had an issue with floaters and dots in my eye so it seemed like a good idea to have the scan. Grace checked the scan and immediately referred me to the hospital where I had two holes in my retina repaired the same day. I'm so grateful that Grace referred me and explained the importance of going to the hospital immediately. This enabled them to fix the issue quickly and stopped things getting worse for me.

C. W.Excellent and thorough service. I had two old pairs of glasses which were unserviceable, and these guys did the eye tests and turned around my new frames and lenses in 4 days. I had asked if they could help with one pair on short completion, but they did both pairs!Exceptional service. We have used this branch for at least 10 years, and have never been disappointed. The "designer" frames are sensibly priced, and offer two for the price of one, and they are very good at giving you a fair deal, applying appropriate discounts where they can. They are also very honest about advice. Slick service and joined up systems helps their very smooth operation, and eye health upstairs in the opthalmic area is very well catered for.

J. R.I have always used Specsavers in Reading and they have always been excellent. I phoned and asked about getting my glasses refitted as they keep falling off. I was told I could just pop in for this. I was attended to, my glasses were taken away and tweaked to be a better fit. I was sitting in a chair in the window of the store. Staff member gave me the glasses and they felt better. But after leaving the store I found them really hurting my ear. Maybe this is not the way to refit I would rather book a time slot but this is not available for this sort of service. And ps I wanted to order another pair of glasses but will go somewhere else now. I know the staff do an amazing job, but maybe a little bit of flexibility and support for this kind of need, rather than sitting in the window and actually no attention to detail.
