100% hands down the best specsavers we have been too. Customer service was excellent, friendly and very welcoming. My eye exam with Archana, was professional, very thorough and everything was so well explained. My husband's eye exam with his optician was also the same experience. Owen, who helped me select my glasses, was so helpful, patient and very professional. Cannot recommend highly enough this specsavers!

I have just received the most amazing Customer Service from Stefan, Owen and Kathleen, at the Woodley Branch. Within an hour of me breaking my glasses and calling the store, I am back home with a brand new pair of glasses thanks to these three members of staff, who in my opinion went above and beyond. A small waiting area & Specsavers are very hard to contact by phone, as they never answer them. However, the staff are nice one you are in there.

Went in today for an eye test which I haven't had done for many years I was extremely impressed lovely friendly staff all very professional I didn't have to wait anytime before being seen. 10/10 I hope your senior management sees what a great job your team is doing.

Fast, easy and simple to get an eye test. Just it was a bit strange when the colleague disclosed they wasn’t meant to give out my results so I could buy glasses else wear? (They did in the end) It doesn’t state this anywhere on the website?

Superb service! I have been with Specsavers for many years for contact lenses and glasses. I had a day off today and following a phone call this morning managed to switch an appointment for a contact lens check in a few days time to a free spot they had today. On arrival I was informed that I would shortly be due my regular sight check. They managed to accommodate me for both appointments, one after the other, after a little bit of jiggery pokery. Couldn’t have done more to help me out and save an additional visit. Thanks to Zak and the team.

Very pleased with my recent visit. Was seen by Rahim who was exceptional and very well informed. Also, can not fault their efforts to reduce spread of covid-19. Definitely recommend.

Great customer care. I prebooked my eye exam using the online service. I was seen quickly by the optician who carried out a thorough check up, asking lots of questions to get a better understanding of my needs and issues. I was shown the range of frames by a staff member who took time to explain the special offers that were available to me.

Now that was good service... Everything was well explained... And best of all the friendly guy helped me choose my glasses and also got the optician to help me at the last hurdle... Only bad thing was I had to finally have verifocals... I hear the gray train going Choo Choo and I have a ticket... Where has the time gone 🤯

I stepped on my wife's glasses yesterday, bent the arm really bad and broke the bottom part of the frame, she needs them all the time for distance and driving. We turned up without an appointment and asked if they could be repaired fully expecting to be told no or you'll have to but another pair and wait a week. The gentleman called Pav said give me half an hour and I'll see what I can do. We came back 15 minutes later and they were fixed and ready, Pav even fitted a missing nose bud. I said how much and Pav said there was no charge. Needless to say we were very happy. We've both been using Specsavers for years and have always had a great service and reasonable prices from very helpful friendly staff. Thank you again Pav.

had a number of letters from Specsavers indicating our check ups were due at last we called and made an appointment , which was the next day, great, arrived , even though they were busy , was seen to in a very short while, we had our eye checked, my partner needed a new prescription , i on the other hand was told your eye have not changed much if anything so leave your prescription alone foe another 2 years.This did indicate they did not press for another set of specs, but gave an honest answer, my partners new specs surprise, £75 off plus 25% discount, she has never had such a cheap set of glasses, It seemed to me they could not be more helpful and would recommend them to any one , 5 star service.

I always find it anoying when the advertised price is only a fraction of the total cost when all the other bits are added in. Get the actual cost before you commit to the purchase.
