The team at vision express by Kings Meadow in Tesco were a lovely group of people. The first man I saw who did initial test was very pleasant and made me feel welcome and then the optician was a really jolly lady who went above and beyond with my test. She also pointed out my prescription was too strong and that was done by specsavers a few years ago.

Excellent service today for both of my children having their eyes tested. I was impressed right from my initial phone call to make the appointments. Ben Richardson, the optometrist, has a brilliant way of putting kids at ease, and praising them enough to sustain their interest throughout the test. Both of them needed glasses, and Jon, the store manager was so helpful and patient in helping them choose. Thanks to you both for making this all so easy!

I booked for a free eye test, staff were professional and helpful, however after my test was done i did not wish to get glasses straight away and wanted to consider having lenses instead so no purchase was made, then i was charged £15, personally i did not mind paying for the test, however it would help if there is clarity on this stating that in case you do not make a purchase you would be charged for the (free) eye test.
