H.Slightly annoyed that the appointment was 15 minutes late due to eye machines being serviced. However the Optometrist (Optician) was excellent when we got going. 10/10 Great manner and concern. After that the whole ordering of new Specs was done quickly and efficiently. I have been going there for over 10 years now.

Little disappointed in the 2 week wait for glasses given the name is vision EXPRESS but then it's weird times we live in and not something in their control I'd guess. Would still highly recommend despite this.
When it came to purchasing the glasses I didn't feel pressured in any way to get the most expensive frames and lenses. They made their recommendations and I went with it. They were able to answer all my questions showing excellent product knowledge.
H. B.Really great and thorough eye test. The Optician and Amy there were really patient. I had an issue with my previous prescription through Specsavers and the optician tested my eyes twice to make doubly sure his test was correct and Specsavers gave me the wrong prescription! Vision Express were fantastic.
T. H.Friendly and professional and quick! No waiting; my appointment time was adhered to. Loses a star because the eye drops I bought were used; however without any quibbling they have apologised and will replace on my next visit when i collect my new glasses.
