A. W.Recently I got glasses with vision express. It was my fist time with this company and I’m positively surprised. Glasses are beautiful and I waited for them around 1,5 week which is not too bad. I came back few times to adjust them - always quick and friendly staff! I would recommend that place.
W. M.I was impressed with social distancing measures as well as all the staff wearing masks all the time. The staff were always polite, considerate and efficient. Any comments I made during my eye examination and when choosing glasses were heard and taken into consideration. I could not have asked for more.

H. M.Hello, I have been with Vision Express for a number of years and always received very good service. I am suprised that I received a text telling me that my physical new glasses were ready, after being delayed.
I arrived to pick up the new glasses.
They were not there. Evidently they had been delivered to the wrong shop.
I'm back to waiting again and this is so out of the usual high quality and glasses and service, but I still have to wait. Nobody has told me how long?
Y. M.I went to Vision Express as it was the only appt I could get at short notice. Something was very wrong with my vision. The optometrist was thorough and very concerned and straight away identified I needed to be at the eye casualty clinic as she thought I had a detached retina. Which turned out to be the case. She quickly wrote a referral letter and sent me on my way without charging me for the tests she did. What made the really big difference and has prompted me to leave the review, was that she called me this afternoon to check on how I got on at the hospital. That was very impressive and unexpected and exactly what I’d call exceptional customer service. Well done.
M. O.They we super friendly and get informational and did hesitate to answer any questions I had. The optometrist that conducted my eye test Luke was really friendly and very thorough. The lady (unfortunately can't remember her name) went above and beyond helping me pic frames out. Will definitely refer family or friends there and also would advise anyone else to go there.

The optometrist had a very high level of attention to detail and the facilities were very clean. It was noted that I had a cut to my eye and an appointment was booked in for a few days after to see if it had healed.
The star of the show was Gemma who spent a long time with me choosing my frames letting me try on a range of glasses dispute the pandemic. She picked out glasses which where a similar shape to what I had on and was very helpful as family can't be there. She even discussed price options!!
She made the whole experience amazing and I can't wait to get my new frames
