I experienced excellent customer service at this branch in Totton they fixed my Hearing aid whilst i waited then i was told there was no charge. Excellent service will recommend highly.

The staff were friendly and I didn't wait for too long, I was a bit anxious because some surfaces didn't seem clean but they wiped things down when I asked them to.

A fair bit of waiting around to be seen . Appointment longer than expected as waited between seeing optician , and choosing glasses and seeing guy who did exact measurements . I have to go in to store again as glasses are not a good fit. Disappointed.

I recently had an eye test and oct scan and was very impressed with the service throughout from the greeting, the pre exam, the eye test with a wonderful lady optician and the very professional helpful manner of the customer service staff. When I asked if I could purchase prescription swimming goggles Sam and the other lady couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely recommend to all. Only slight negative which was beyond their control due to a needy customer was the wait prior to the eye test. My wife and daughter have now purchased a pair of goggles each for themselves roll on the summer.

Great experience in this Covid restrictions time. They are organised and professional courteous and helpful you can still try on various pairs of glasses with them collecting the ones you not like to clean later. In all glad I went to get my eyes tested.

I got caught in traffic and was 15 minutes late for my appointment. I couldn't be seen but staff were understanding, rebooked my appointment and whilst there, replaced my nose pads, tightened and cleaned them up for nothing. Lovely staff and in a convenient location.

Cancelled my eye test with less than 2 hours notice. Then cancelled again with 3 weeks notice due to a "family emergency" My emergencies usually happen 1 or 2 days before. as requested filed feedback form

Had to go in for eye test.....robust anti covid measures in place which was reassuring. Staff friendly and efficient whilst working under these new extra stressful conditions. Customers have to wait outside if there are too many people in store. There are benches nearby to use, but this could pose a problem on a rainy day.

Recently popped into Totton to get my glasses fixed. I thought they were beyond repair but the lovely lady who saw me was able to save the day. I think her name was Cassie. Had manager on her name badge. Great service and would highly recommend. One happy lad who can see again. Cheers.

Last week I called in to have my glasses repaired. They could only do a temporary repair as they didn’t have the correct part. The assistant told me to make an appointment for an eye test and then order new glasses I told him that I was with NHS and my test was not due until 23/6/18 he said Specsavers would not charge for the eye test as I was buying new glasses. I booked the test for this morning. After waiting a while to be served the female assistant was adamant that I would have to pay £25 or wait till 23 June....total waste of my time...after contacting Specsavers thru Messenger I was offered a free eye test good customer service

I have been using Specsavers for several years now. This time I had an eye test, which then meant having to get new glasses. I got 2 pairs under the 2 for 1 scheme and had a brown tint in one so they are good to wear as sunny-specs! Recommend Specsavers with pleasure.

Mixed experiences but they've gotten a lot better in recent, some staff aren't very good at fitting glasses but others are quite talented. Other than that, good service with little waiting.

Quality hearing aids from friendly efficient staff. Latest hearing aids from Totton branch are Phonak Audeo M90 T13 are first class.First aids after 35 years of having them which have not whistled, no feedback at all. Very natural sound and I forget I am wearing them.Technology has certainly moved on at a cracking pace. I adjust my aids using my i phone. Worth paying extra for best technology.We are talking about quality of life and these aids certainly help. Good all round performance including Bluetooth, Price is very competitive and Specsavers are there to provide good after sales service.
