I went in to see Martin just before Christmas, I needed my first pair of glasses, he spent the best part of an hour going through the options that could work for me, he didn’t pressure me into buying anything there and then. I picked up my glasses today and couldn’t be happier with the results thank you.

They are really kind and warm, they fixed my glasses without charging, even though I didn't buy the glasses from them. When I got my glasses they were like new and I was so suprised and happy. They cured my unhappiness for the day and I am very grateful to them.

What an amazing experience it was getting my glasses from there. Ash, his wife and Martyn were all Amazing !!! Never felt so welcome in any opticians and I've been wearing glasses for over 25 years. All of them been extremely helpful and patience with me. It took me hours to choose the pair I really like (I can be fussy at time) but not for a second I felt like they had enough of me 😂 They really recommend what's best for you not what's the price tags says and they will go above and beyond to make sure the client is 100% happy.I definitely will go there again and will recommend to my friends. Thank you all of you for your help, I'm very happy with both pairs of my glasses 😎😎😍😍

Just revisited The Eyewear Factory. Took in my prescription and a few days later received a text saying my glasses we ready for collection. I was very satisfied with the high quality of the frames and lens, and definitely the price. Customer service was also first class. Will be back.

Great reglazing service offered. You can pop in and get your lenses measured, keep hold of your glasses and take them back to have the new lenses fitted once they are available. Very good prices too.

The Eyewear Factory sets the standards for other opticians to aspire to. The best customer service I have ever received (first glasses aged 16 now 56) , a great selection of frames , will give you an honest opinion , explaining any technical issues in a simple and clear way and does not have to resort to the 2 for 1 glasses sale pitch beloved of many of their competitors. Their prices for frames and complete glasses will surprise rather than shock . Ash and Martyn , thank you!

I have bought my glasses from Martyn for many years since I discovered he was at the cutting edge of Varifocal glasses and now only get my glasses from Martyn and Ashe since they set up TEF. My wife also only gets her glasss from them too. You’re not buying just glasses from them - you’re investing in a relationship where you will be looked after. Even if their products weren’t the best prices around (which they are) I would still use them, because they are the best quality, they are constantly looking for the current best performance for cost, provide bespoke service like personal fitting, and stand by both their products and their customers. This might seem over-glowing praise, but not so - they really are that good.

Went there this week 14/1/2020, Martin served me,also met Ash,wot a lovely pair of guys they are,took me a while to choose some frames great choice good price,lovely chat,I was with my Son who was included in the chat with Martin,as soon as we walked in we were offered a cup of tea,(tell me where you ever get that),well I’ve never had it,it was like visiting someone in their home.customer service was 100% plus,...there was no sales pitch just genuine help and advice.They don’t do eye test, you take your prescription and they provide the frames,I got far more information about glasses than I’ve ever had.Do I recommend them,you bet I do.

Broke my glasses on Monday, called the shop which is closed due to covid 19 they were amazing I was able to go to the shop where I was met by the man who couldn't send to be repaired as they are furloughed, so this amazing man took my glasses and within half an hour they replaced my lenses into new frames while wearing ppe on the street just way above and beyond a big well done
