Excellent service from a well professional and friendly staff. Hand sanitizer at the shielded reception area, while the open store is completely cordoned off. Members of the public may only gain access by appointments only. The staff comply rules to social distancing policy for all customers including covid signage displayed within the shop location. Wheelchairs assistance would be available. Disabled toilets situated within the large Tesco store on the ground floor and first floor, with large lift available at the rear of the store. Cafe` on the first floor is closed due to covid policy rules.

The customer service is outstanding. The gentleman who helped me was amazing. My second visit .I won't go anywhere else. My glasses had snapped. I need them to drive my bus. Unfortunately couldn't be fixed. He tried his best. I'll also be writing to head office. Due to his kindness and support.

Very happy with the product choice and level of customer service. After being very unhappy with the previous company I used I was very happy with the level of attention and detail used in ensuring a good if of my new glasses. I was not happy with the pricing information, hence only a score of 4. I was shown a sheet of paper with prices for varifocal lenses and informed that these were ‘sale prices’. Firstly, these prices were not cheap and secondly there was no evidence that higher prices had existed at any point in the past! I did not feel comfortable with the pricing information, but I really liked the product and went ahead. I might use the company again, but may also look elsewhere based Ona lack of trust in pricing information.

As this is my first time having an eye test and buying glasses I was a little nervous as what to expect. The staff I dealt with both male were fantastic putting me at ease and explaining every step of what was going on to me. The ladies that work there also gave my wife the same treatment about a month prior to my visit. Overall throughly nice people I would highly recommend them.

5 Star service I can highly recommend Vision Express Tesco Bursledon store. The staff were all extremely helpful & the eye test thorough. A good choice of glasses to chose from & a lovely honest member of staff helped me chose the frames that suited me most. Having been badly let down by my previous opticians this was my first visit, but I will be using Vision Express from now on. To sum up - Friendly, professional & 5 star service. Perfect. Thank You

I give the Vision Express team from Southampton Tesco's 10 out of 10 .the service was very thorough and found a problem with my eye Pressure was very high after seeing a specialist at the Southampton Gen / Hosp. Very efficient optician and a lovely lady helping to select the glasses, such a shame it's her last day and she is going back to work at Tesco's because she hasn't enjoyed her time with Vision Express. I know everything has gone up but was still shocked at by how much more the glasses are, will probably not be returning there are cheaper options.

Walked into the store, greeted by a very helpful chap at reception. Showed him my very sorry glasses . He said no problem, took them off I went shopping. Visited VisionExpress for routine eye test. Greeted on arrival and shown to waiting area, chairs socially distanced. All staff wearing PPE and equipment was cleaned before and after my test. Chairs were cleaned ready for all customers. Felt relaxed and safe. Screens at desks again all cleaned.
