S. T.Absolutely 1st class!
All their tech was down because of the fire at The Leopard. Did that phase them? No. Even dealing with paper records, I was seen on time (early), with good humour.
Optician managed my non digital eye test expeditiously and with good grace.
Needed new specs, confused the staff with my dithering but they coped admirably.
Can't rate them highly enough.
J. H.Provided audiology appointment for my elderly mum when the usual location was unavailable ( being used commendably as a vaccination centre ) . Was clean, safe and easily accessible for a disabled person*. Staff were helpful and very friendly.
( * One can drop-off outside but parking is a little tricky. Best to use the nearby Market Square: distance was manageable with wheelchair )
Edit: Hearing aids provided were excellent (free under the NHS referral scheme ) as was the aftercare ( free batteries on request and follow-ups )

The glasses were ready in a couple of days.
Check the total price for any purchases, I cannot fault the service or staff, but was a bit surprised at the final bill, very good quality product, but you pay for that, but I bet the glasses will not fall apart after 12 month
