I wish to thank all the staff at Vision Express in Tesco Longton especially Aneesa Saleen the optician who dealt with me discovering a problem with one of my eyes. She got in touch with the eye department at Royal Stoke to treat me which was done all in the same day. I received promp tretment and they praised Annesa for her swift actions. The staff were really helpful & let me try various frames on to find ones I liked - no pressure whatsoever and they were lovely & chatty which helped the whole process. Didnt feel like I’d been for an appointment to be honest! The exact same experience when my partner attended to :) thanks guys we will definitely be returning!

I was pleasantly impressed by the friendly welcome and professional approach. I was invited to browse the display of frames and simply leave out any I had touched for sanitising. My eye test was very easy and the young lady very pleasant and competent. I was looked after by Leighton and Mandy in choosing my lenses and frames, such a pleasure to deal with. You're lucky to have such superb staff. I will be back !! Please thank everyone for me. -- I was so impressed with the first pair of glasses that I went back this week to have new lenses fitted into an existing frame. Once again the same first class service and friendly welcome. I am now excitedly waiting to hear when I can collect. Well done again, Vision Express at Tesco !!

I went to Vision Express in Longton Tesco on Saturday 3rd April 2021, for an eye test and to get new glasses. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and good at their jobs. I hadn’t been looking forward to the appointment previously, but the staff managed to turn it into a positive experience for me, that I ended up enjoying. They assisted in all aspects, even helping to pick out the style of glasses that suited best. I would recommend using this opticians and I will be using them again in future.

Went yesterday for my annual eye test. The staff were really nice and cheerful and very helpful. They are doing a brilliant job under these very strange times. Would gighly recommend.

I had a standard eye test and needed my glasses prescription changed so I bought new pairs. I spent time with 3 different members of staff and all of them were very friendly, really helpful and knowledgeable. They even helped me to save money and choose glasses that suited me. Would definitely recommend it as an opticians and the convenience of it being in Tesco is a bonus.

Popped in to pick up glasses and only 2 working so was hanging around for a while. Generally wait times seem worse than they used to be. I've been a Tesco opticians customer for a while and have a direct debit for contacts. This is now £5 more per month which seems unfair when I've just been switched over and have the same spec lenses as before.
