Great glasses. So far really comfortable no issues. Only gave 4 stars due to the case they come in as every bit of dust etc clings to it. Staff in shop very professional whilst also being extremely friendly & helpful

Having recently picked up my new glasses I found them a little bit strange at first, I did use them daily and found them to my liking, there were sometimes I was tempted to go back to my older ones but thankfully didn't. Look nice on and they change to sunglasses so I have the best of both worlds. Thank You Specsavers.

They follow Covid rules face masks, hand sanitizer, only a few people in store at one time. Was offered a scan of my eyes for £10 so they could check sooner if anything should show different quicker. Staff were very polite and helpful and explained everything they were doing and showed me what they could see on the scan.

Very very clean and organised for COVID-19 system. I normal go to neath spec saver but now they DON'T open on Sundays and always long waiting period to be seen plus difficult to find a car park. I found morrison easy to park and open on Sundays Staff were very helpful and very thorough in their examination .The appointments was on time and very quick and organised. I am very pleased with my eyes examination

Absolutely FABULOUS customer service I received this morning in Morriston. I knocked the door to ask if they could screw an arm back on my glasses. The young man was so polite & helpful, he took my glasses inside while I waited outside, 5 minutes later they were fixed. I then asked "how much" & he said it's free, "It's only screw" What customer service is that ?? Awesome ! thank you Specsavers
