R. D.My partner and I attended the new RWB Specsavers together. The former bank premises had been refurbished to a very good standard, everything looked immaculate and brand new. The staff were great, very welcoming and friendly; they processed us quickly through the paper work, and the pre optometrist eye tests. Everything was explained and easy to understand what was happening. The shop was not overly busy, and there were plenty of staff on hand and the waiting time was minimal. We did not catch the names of the ladies that processed us, however all the staff were very professional and well organised. My partner and I were both seen by the same optometrist, Hannah. We were both very impressed with her manner, she obviously loves her job and made the whole experience very positive. Our feedback is a great shop, great and very efficient staff and a really great optometrist. Thank you.
