S. C.Even though it is sited within a Large tesco store it still seemed private enough. The staff are friendly do their best with what appears to be very limited stocks of frames for Men with few cheaper models. The Optician who did my test was efficient and straight forward, he was also more friendly on my second visit.

K. B.The staff and the optition were absolutely brilliant. The choice of new glasses was first class and it was explained to me perfectly what was best for me. Then when it came to paying at the end for 3 pairs of glasses I was absolutely amazed the total cost was less than half of what I expected it to be.
D. H.I was very impressed with the selection of glasses available and the optician and assistant was very helpful, informing of what they was testing etc.
My only issue with Vision express which held me back from giving full 5 stars was the fact I phoned them and asked if they still offered free eye tests like they did as tesco opticians, to which the response was, it is free if you book through your online account, I booked online and still got charged the £15 charge when I came to pay for my new glasses.

The team in the Vision Express outlet within Tesco Swindon could not have been nicer. Special mention to Julie, who was friendly, very professional and I felt that she genuinely cared about what she was doing. She was an enormous help in finding the right frames for me and made it a pleasure from booking the appointment to taking my money for my new frames - what a lovely lady, a credit to your team.
