P. B.So impressed. We have been going to a very famous large chain of Opticians for years, but this one is a few minutes walk away. My husband commented why "did we bother going miles when this one is on the doorstep?" The eye test seemed a much simpler process, far less stressful and was quicker. The optician was lovely she explained everything very well, the other staff were friendly and helpful and no one tried to hard sell new glasses (which weren't needed in this instance) or special tests which indicate there may be problems in a few years time. This will definitely be our choice of optician now.
S. W.Very friendly and helpful. I lost a screw in one pair of glasses and nose piece on my spare pair, both were repaired straight away whilst I waited, no fuss, just prompt and efficient service. They also have a great range of quality glasses on offer, including sun glasses and designer glasses at very reasonable prices for all the family. I will be going there again when I need a new pair of glasses.

In my case they were more than happy to discuss the various options open to me, even ordering a frame which I had viewed on line of which they did not stock. The eye examination and subsequent prescription is spot on and I'm more than happy with my spectacles.
