Very kind friendly and professional staff. Got around the shop no problem in my electric wheelchair and my mom was in her wheelchair also my first visit so nervous. Staff made myself my mom and stepdad feel at ease straight. Brilliant service definitely recommend and return

Went in to see if they could do my mum's eye's as we didn't have appropriate and she's 87 and doesn't get out much and after a while standing there waiting for someone to come and see us and when they did finally come and saved us she did say they couldn't see her till next week I did say I'm going to struggle to being her so she looked again and said you can being her in half hour so we did she was so happy and now is waiting for some new glasses thank you 🙂

They were very friendly and helpful, didn't have to wait long to be seen and when we ordered glasses they were in within the week. We could just go in to pick them up when we wanted and were in and out within 10 mins.

I visited the store as my eyes were due for testing. The store felt very safe as all the staff were still wearing masks & other ppe. The optician was very good & explained everything that she was doing. Varifocals were advised for the first time & I was handed over to Sarah to help me in my frame selection. Sarah helped me to select many frames to try & fully explained the different lens options I had, as I need thin lenses also. I was pleased to hear of the home delivery option & decided to take that up to save another trip out. I would not hesitate in recommending Vision Express Telford 10/10.

Visited store on the 5th May 2021 to collect our prescription glasses I was disappointed to find that mine were not suitable I was advised to try varifocal glasses. Vicky the assistant who dealt with us apoligised for the error and explained about an alternative prescription. Vicky was knowledgeable attentive and sorted the issue at no extra cost. She is a credit to the branch.

Have been going to this branch of Vision Express for years and will continue. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff who are up todate with all information. Optometrists excellent especially Runhill whom I saw last week , very thourough and reassuring. Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Vision Express. I wasn't kept waiting, examination was thorough and lots of glasses to choose from. I also had the option to spread the payments interest free, using Klarna. To top it off, my glasses were delivered to my home within a week.
