I always find it difficult to choose a pair of glasses, she made it so easy, was honest and really knew how to choose the right style for my face shape. Just what I want from an opticians.

Having been going to Vision Express Woking for years, but most recent experience was excellent. Seen quickly for contact lense and eye sight tests (it was a quiet day). Professional advice and support. Needed new frames and usually it takes me ages, but with great help and support from team it really made a difference.

Vision Express Woking is an excellent opticians!! The whole team there are great. In particular the manager Maria is excellent. She was understanding about an issue I had with a previous contact lense appointment and followed up and helped resolve it. David Lam the optician is a rockstar! He was knowledgeable and very helpful, spending time explaining the different lenses and providing trial lenses. Thankyou Vision Express Woking - you're all fab!

Went to Vision Express for contact lenses. The staff were so helpful and friendly from been greeted on entering to the optician. The optician took time to explain what he was doing and the results. The shop is spotless and all glasses that customers try on are then places in baskets and sterilized before being replaced on the shelf. I wasn't suitable for contact lenses and the staff on the floor were extremely good at explaining all the different options for glasses. No hard sell, just informative. Can recommend Vision Express.

The staff were very polite, friendly and professional. A thorough check of my eyes was carried to check my health as well as vision. They also adjusted the frames to make sure they fit really well, even though they seemed OK. Better after being adjusted though. After using a well known company, I feel a more thorough job is done and will continue to use Vision Express. Nearly forgot to mention that their selection of frames and sunglasses are excellent.

Belinda was really nice to me over the phone yesterday when she booked me in for an appointment. Kerry was very friendly with the way she welcomed me into the shop today. I appreciated Kerry, Prashant and Theyan genuinely accepting my apology when I was ~6 minute late, I felt bad and appreciated them fitting me in. Prashant and Theyan the eye assessment guys were superb to me with the way they helped to put me at ease, did their examinations and the way they explained everything to me. Oh and I liked the way Prashant did the bottom line test at my request (I still got it so to speak!). Thank you guys! =)
