M. M.I can not say enough nice things about this place. The staff there are amazing and have always gone above and beyond for my children. Few years ago my youngest sons eye muscle snapped at school . I took him to Geoffrey Roberts opticians as it was the nearest place at the time, I am so glad I did. They got my son an immediate hospital appointment. My boy had to have a few surgeries on his eye and has needed a variety of glasses over the years due to the changing needs his eyes and being very clumsy with his glasses. My son managed to break his glasses within the first week of both lockdowns and I called up the opticians to see what could be done . Philip the optometrist sorted out new glasses and dropped them at my doorstep. I really can not speak highly enough of this place and all the staff.

J. T.I needed an emergency appointment today 27th January 2022 and although I had never been there before, they squeezed me in and were very thorough and Phil explained everything completely and was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend them.

The optician was crystal clear in exposing the process and with regards to the child's eye development.

j. n.Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are really friendly and obliging. Phil the optometrist spends as much time with you as you need. In fact he is a perfectionist.
Please be aware that one of the receptionists is a New Zealander and NOT Australian!!

N. E.First time I have had an eye test so complex, pictures taken of both eyes to pick up any defects if any, Mr Roberts is well qualified, he takes his time with you, no rush to get you buy new glasses he is brilliant at his profession, try them for yourself
