Had my ears syringed by Laura today at Specsavers in Worcester. I did initially feel a bit reluctant to pay out for for this service but it was the best money I have ever spent. It was not rushed, very convenient and considering past experience at the GP surgery I would still opt to pay for this service even if it was given for free by them. Laura explained everything, offered some really useful advice and has made a massive difference to my day.

the service is good, prices are reasonable. i've been a customer for 5 years. but the amount of times i walked out after waiting for an hour. the amount of times i saw people just popping in and being served.the amount of times I heard names being called in vain, because they were fed up and left too. I will cancel and go somewhere else. better to stick to old glasses than grow old with them.

I chose a pair of glasses and sunglasses last month, I went into the store to be measured up to order them on Fri, to find I didn't like my glasses that I had chosen, Waheed was a great help to me and very honest while I tried on many other glasses, such a nice friendly lad with alot of patience. I must be the most difficult customer ever. Waheed had t o leave me for an appt so Dan took over to look after me, again he had so much patience, I decided to stick with my glasses, but he didn't want me to leave unhappy knowing I have to wear my glasses for 2 yrs . We looked at the mens glasses as alot of them are unisex, honestly the patience of these guys were amazing and they really do deserve to be recognised for there professional customer service.. made me feel at ease so friendly. Thank you 🙏

My daughter came up from school telling me a friend of hers had lovely new glasses from specsavers, so could she get her next pair from there. She was due a appointment so i booked her in. I did this on line, it was very easy. Unfortunately when we got there we were not on the system although i have conformation on my phone. The staff member was able to book us in for a time later that day. When we returned for the new appointment the service was quick and efficient and all the staff were professional and kind. After the eye exam we were told she did need a new prescription so she could go and choose a new pair of glasses. She was very excited. We were taken down stairs by another member of staff and my daughter took him straight to the pair she wanted. They were then passed on to another member of staff who would then fit them. She said she could not have this pair of glasses as the were be to small in a years time and went off to get a new pair. She came back with a very thick set pair of black rimmed glasses. I tried to explain that she would not like those but we were told this was the only pair that really fit her properly. My daughter has additional needs and can find social situations difficult so she agreed with the staff member but as soon as me left the shop she cried all the way home because she doesn't like her new glasses. We wont go back after this year of trying to get her to wear a pair of glasses everyday that she doesn't like.

Recently visited the Pump Street Store to have my eye test. I had noticed a massive decline in my eyesight and my prescription glasses issued to me several years ago, for reading and computers, no longer made any difference to my sight. I had been relying on glasses my Dad had purchased for spare which helped a little. After a while, i couldn't read anything without these. They were very patient with me, even though i was several years late and did the testing in no time at all. I'd cancelled a fair few appointments too, due to ill health and even missed the appointment that i would have been fitted correctly for my glasses newly adapted to my sight. I was back in hospital and couldn't go but they allowed my son to collect on my part so as i could have the pleasure of, at least reading whilst hospitalised. I couldn't believe what i saw when i put them on. I had no idea how bad my eyesight had actually gotten and how i'd adapted to that too. Putting them on was like seeing everything for the first time again. Thankyou for your fantastic customer service and you promptness and of course not forgetting your patience with me. Excellent service. Thankyou all involved.

Had a really good experience today very efficient and quick Jon did my eye test he put me at ease straight away and explained everything in detail he then passed me onto a colleague who explained the different deals and where to look at the glasses there was a good selection but this bit I was dreading cos it’s really hard to see what suits your face especially with a mask on I browsed for 5 mins then Debs popped up to help and she was really helpful selecting glasses to try on listening to my opinions we finally narrowed it down to 3 pairs then debs invited me to a desk in a quiet corner in front of a mirror and said if you want to take your mask off to try them on I could which was helpful I made my choice I was pleased with the price I think I was in and out in half an hour perfect

Husband had a hearing test with a very capable young lady then back in later for hearing aids. The service wS superb. Laura was obviously skilled in her job,was incredibly patient with 2 old people,she was just fabulous. Then Luke went over the management of the aids with us and he was also outstanding. So eased.

Unexpectedly snapped my only pair of glasses and visited branch today for some help. The two chaps who served me were extremely helpful and managed to fit my existing lenses into a replacement frame for me within 10 minutes! I didn’t catch their names but both young, very polite and one was in training. You couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you!!

Pretty good experience all round, even with Covid precautions I didn't have to wait long. Store is large with lots of helpful staff. Selection of glasses is quite good although very few brands available. I like that the testing makes use of technology such as the eye scans and images, I've had a bad experience with an optometrist making a bad prescription recommendation in the past.

I was on holiday and my reading glasses suddenly broke at the bridge of the nose. I contacted the Worcester branch of was seen very quickly. I was able to get a new frame and have the lenses transferred. All done in less than half an hour. I was delighted.

I highly praise a lady named Becca who was a great help to me in finding the right frames after I expressed it was something I struggled with. I was working away from home & managed to develop a problem with my eye. I am a Specsavers customer more local to my home but decided that I needed to get the problem looked at straightaway. I was looked after by Wendy in the Worcester branch and she could not have been more helpful or caring, she went the extra mile to make sure that I would be seen by an optician and my worries about driving home would be allayed. Every member of staff was professional and helpful especially the Optometrist; Amrita who was exceptionally kind, helpful and informative. Really, really excellent service. Where do I begin? Staff are really attentive and don't just leave you hanging about wondering where to go or whatever. Made me feel really welcome and were genuine. The whole process was pretty quick and painless, but the best part is I went in at 4:10pm and left at 5:50pm with a pair of glasses. I expected to wait a week. Considering I had no other glasses to wear, this has saved me a good week of discomfort and doing nothing! The worcester team really is a credit to the company.

Easy to find. Friendly staff upstairs! Had a great time getting my eyes tested. Very thorough and explained everything to me in plain English. Didn’t feel pressured to buy glasses or any other products and I was given my prescription no questions asked! Plus if you search google you might find a voucher for a free eye test like I did! I had the opposite experience at Vision Express. * I don’t wear glasses but some optometrists have tried to convince me to get glasses in the past.

We are currently in Worcester from Australia and sadly I had broken my reading glasses... What a pain! Luckily I found the towns local Specsavers (who I also deal with in Australia). I tried to sort receiving my prescription from home correctly, so I didn't have to pay for another eye test but after a couple of attempts, it still didn't work out which was frustrating. However, Specsavers were very kind and waived the test to make sure I got my glasses and could get on my way. All the team at the store on all three visits were very friendly and helpful but a very special mention must go to Wendy at the front desk. Her professionalism, friendly nature and natural desire to help solve my problem was simply outstanding. Thank you so much Wendy, I really appreciate you making it all happen. I thoroughly recommend Specsavers Worcester it was a great experience!

Brilliant staff and so helpful for me and my little boy BUT....they have no customer toilets at all and they don't allow you to use the staff toilets under no circumstances. I was there alone with my three children waiting for my son's appoint when he needed the toilet (he's only 6!!) I asked a member of staff if he could use the toilet and she refused directing me to a cafe in the street outside. Told her it wasn't do-able as I was by myself with three children and his appointment was due any second which I would of then missed and she still refused. With that we were called in and my little boy had to wait. He couldn't concentrate on his eye test and he was so desperate. Such a massive building but so much wasted space...msurely there is somewhere you can build just one disabled access toilet for your customers?! Or allow them to use the staff toilet like a majority of other shops do?!

Very helpful and expert care by Mike in the Audiology Centre. Successful removal of ear wax blockage by micro - suction and hearing now restored after weeks of discomfort and hearing loss.
