I had an eye test & fitting for new glasses yesterday. The lady who greeted me was very pleasant & polite. The Optician was a very lovely man called Vishal. He was very friendly, polite, helpful & informative & a pleasure to deal with. I then had my new glasses fitting with Kerry. My Dad & I have both seen Kerry over the years & each time we've dealt with her she's been really pleasant, helpful, friendly, polite & bubbly. She's a very lovely, warm person to deal with. Very happy with the customer service here & we will continue to be repeat customers

Called yesterday because screw in the arm had disintegrated (not a year old). Went to store today and was told that the glasses still work so won't touch them. Updated to 5 stars as I'm getting a new frame free of charge. Thank you so much 😀.

If you are looking for good old fashioned customer service the go to this branch and ask for Tobias ( they'll probably be a que but worth the wait) i bought my new reading glasses here and encountered a little issue which he dealt with in a professional and timely manner and just gave great service. You cant ask for more, well done.

The eye test was excellent..so professional with the process and the results explained in a clear way. I was also impressed with the helpful service of the lady who assisted with frame selection. I explained that I would return with my wife to make a final choice, for which,i was told, an appointment would be needed. So i called to make an appointment, nothing available...how disappointing. So I will have to use my specsavers prescription at boots, and spend my £440.. you couldn't make it up!

Too busy. Too noisy. To many employees. Appointments always lates even you are there on time you must wait, 10 to 20 minutes still. Not good agenda organised.

Had a very early appointment for an eye test, and I was in-and-out in just 20mins. Alot of extra precautions are being undertaken because of the pandemic, including the cleaning of everything you may touch, or use. I felt safe whilst in the premises, and would urge others with appointments due not to worry, and go.

Have gone back to specsavers from a local opticians because they are far better value for money but I've dropped a star as they put a new optician on the appt for my children. Please don't do this they just don't have the patience.. She took an hour to do an eye test on a 14 Yr old!

Great service from Tobias and the contact lens upstairs team after a few trial lenses they have prescribed me mono vision contacts which enable me to see short and long distance with out the need for my specs all I need now is a bit of sunshine and Raybans to go over the top ... great customer service highly recommended .

I have been going to Specsavers in Worthing for years. Very friendly and helpful. Very thorough eye test I bought two new pairs of glasses the same. After a few days wasn’t happy with the frames.Went back and spoke to a customer care lady called Carey.She had one of the pairs ready in a new frame within the hour.The second pair will be ready to pick up in 4 days,as they have to send away for the other frames. She could not have been more helpful.

It took a full 2 hours for an eye test with waiting about and having to see a senior member of staff after a 40 min test with a young member of staff to confirm prescription which was far longer than anticipated. The senior member was lovely and v helpful and apologetic. They were just too busy to cope with all the people waiting.

Went in on the off chance as I couldn't get through by phone. Problem i had was that putting on and off my face mast it was catching on the arm of my glasses so much that the arm had become lose and on bending down my glasses were falling off. A very kind young lady took my glasses and did a full MOT on them magic, what a treat. Thank You.

Specsavers have turned being an optician into a production line process. They pass the savings on to you as a customer. I've only used them as an optician so I can't speak for the audiology department. But they are very cheap. And if, like me, you are an epileptic and frequently break spectacles while fitting, then you truly appreciate the 2 for 1 offer- with luck this will last me a year.

The actual opticians and audiologists are what you would expect, quite thorough. Their reception and greeting system is sadly lacking. Your name is recorded and then have to wait to even see a receptionist. It is quite chaotic and very confusing for the elderly. The guy I spoke to could do with some customer relations training and rske on board what their patient is saying.

I've just had one of the best treatments I've had for all the twenty something years of my prescription-glasses-wearing years. Mark Lavery, the manager, made sure I had my complicated varifocal glasses made to perfection, but prior to marking and ordering them, he made sure my eyes were examined by their very experienced optometrist, Denis Youngman. He spent well over an hour to check my eyes and my prescription is now spot on. I thought I owed this to them to write this review and show my appreciation to both of these highly professional men.
