The person with whom I had first contact was not very friendly or welcoming but I think was very busy. After that everyone was lovely. I felt my eye test was thorough and professional but friendly and any questions I had were answered completely. Ellie who helped me choose my glasses was delightful.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough at the Addlestone branch & also the Durrington branch that I had to have an urgent check up at. Good service throughout the process, taking into account the additional issues posed by the COVID situation. Smooth operation through from booking appointment after receiving the reminder, going in for the examination on time and being dealt with in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Used to be Tesco Opticians but absolutely wonderful transition to VE. Outstanding service from assistants including Germain and optician Kuran. Been with them for many years and they are friendly, easy going, professional and incredibly helpful. I feel so well informed and satisfied after a visit, and they are always on hand to help with queries about lens plan or new prescriptions, even with Covid pressure and during extremely busy hours. Highly recommend.
