What we have here is a crack team of sheer expertise, focused customer care and a serious interest in supporting the health of the community it serves. You get a sense you are valued customer and working with them as team to ensure your eyesight and eye health is well looked after. They “know you”. You’re not a customer reference number. They remember you and your little funny stories. A great team, value for money.. look no further, you’ve found your optician!

Have been to this Opticians for quite a few years and am very satisfied with the service, the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you giving advice on the frames that suit you. The optician is a very pleasant man and is very thorough when testing you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else the Goring Road Branch is great.

I was quite worried about attending an eye appointment during the pandemic. But actually the goring store were really friendly and had in place a lot to keep patients and themselves safe. Work on an appointment only inside the store policy. Take your temperature clean down the chairs when a patient is done sitting in them. Try on glasses and then clean them in a special machine before putting back on the shelves. They were also really friendly and made me feel at ease and I would definitely go back again when my eye test is due again. Much better experience than some of vision expresses other local stores. Thank you !!
