Had a very positive experience at the Worthing branch. Basir the optician was very calming and thorough with the eye test. It was a very pleasant experience. I actually arrived a little early and in spite of this I was greeted by lovely staff who took me up to the eye test area and got straight on with it. I had a lovely chat with one of them about the football. The optician Jodi who did my eye test was absolutely fantastic when it came to the different aspects of the test. Another optician Alex was fantastic when it came to getting my glasses, he showed me around the store at the different glasses and massively helped me to come to an informed decision on what glasses to get.

I have new health issues which I have been so worried about. My recent visit to VEO at the Worthing West Sussex branch was a complete success, I was given reassurance and ultimate care. My appointment was at the end of the working day but nothing was to much trouble and I did not feel rushed, 100% commitment was given to me by all the staff. The staff were very nice, and efficient it was a clean and safe environment. The man who measured my glasses to make sure they were in correct position to near and far sight spent ages getting it perfect, he cleaned my glasses and re:altered my present frames as were a bit squew-wiff! He then tried his hardest to get me the best deal to get as much money off as he could. A big thank you to you all.

Found the staff extremely patient and friendly. It was clear that they just want to provide a smooth experience and supply you with the relevant educational info. This was my first time wearing contact lenses so went through the eye exam, teach appointment, and trial. I also had a similiarly good experience for glasses at a nearby VE branch, last year, but found this branch was particularly great. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience! After an appallingly visit to a nearby opticians my visit to this store was a complete contrast. Amazing selection of frames to choose from along with attentive & professional team. Both pairs of glasses were completed in less than 10 days. Unfortunately one of the pairs was incorrect due to a mistake on the prescription from opticians along the road. But not a problem this company. Re did eye test here & new lenses fitted all within 5 days at no extra cost! Am extremely impressed by the high standard of customer service I received & will continue to use this branch in the future. I can not fault the outstanding level of service given on each of my visits to this store. Well done to the entire team!

Broke my glasses on Monday & worried I couldn't get them repaired during lockdown. Vision Express Worthing arranged an eye test on Wednesday. The store was very clean and signs made clear which areas had been sanitised. All the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Afterwards they repaired my glasses using some old frames I'd brought along at no extra charge. It was a very positive experience, definitely recommended.

Great experience, with friendly, welcoming staff. I’d been experiencing sore eyes for a while and was really concerned as to what it could be! Maeve was my optometrist and she was amazing - reassuring and so helpful. I also didn’t feel like I was being pushed into buying multiple pairs of glasses which I did at another well known high street brand, who got my prescriptions wrong on a couple of occasions, the last was giving me a prescription for my left eye where my vision was better without the glasses. Maeve confirmed my suspicion that I didn’t need a prescription at all! Also the reading glasses prescription they gave me at the same time was also never crisp and I thought it must be my eyes and this was as good as it gets. However, just picked up my new glasses and the difference is AMAZING... I’ll be using VE again - Would definitely recommend to all!
