I went in with a problem as lost watch box and the manageress was so helpful .She went to look for a suitable box and insert for the box.She turned down offer to pay for the watch box.My colleague who is leaving his position will be delighted as I am .Very kind manageress. Thank you .

The customer service from Teddy was absolutely excellent when my boyfriend and I were looking for an engagement ring. We felt like we were in an expensive jewellers, the customer care was outstanding. Teddy took great care in assisting us to get the perfect ring and the right sizing. The ring was purchased, resized at Northen Diamond and on my finger within an hour of walking into Ramsdens. I'd recommend Ramsdens on Union Street to anyone. Preowned jewellery is great value of money and a form of recycling too. We will definitely be back to purchase a wedding band.
