Had a prolapsed disc in my lower back L5 which caused me a lot of pain, discomfort and time off work. After spending a small fortune on alternative treatments over a year, went to see Colin Ross, completely out of shape, within two treatments I was fixed, amazing 👍

Had my first appointment with Chris yesterday and with it being my first ever visit with an osteopath I didn't have a clue what to expect and I was a bit nervous, to be honest. We talked about my shoulder and back history and my current daily patterns then I was examined and was offered 2 treatment options I decided to be manipulated via my neck and ribs and he explained it could be sore and sound horrendous it wasn't so much as sore but did sound horrendous and I knew about it that night and the next morning. Well worth the money for the information alone and we will build a plane in line with my goals so hopefully I can see the end of this shoulder pain that's been on and off since 2012. Nice friendly and professional service and he clearly knows what he's doing I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I have had stiff upper and mid back for 5 years and tried various physiotherapies, medication, NHS, Orthopaedics but nothing worked and then a friend recommended Dr Colin Ross, it took him no more than 30 mins to solve the problem that has been occupying a large space of my mind for the past 5 years. Would highly recommend him, very professional and friendly.

First time I've been here and he's a very friendly, knowledgeable guy, I'll admit my treatment only lasted 15 mins but it done the trick and after a couple of days of moving about like Colin told me to my back is perfect now, I was even able to climb bennachie a few days later so I'll be using him again if need be and would definitely recommend him to others
