Where do I even start here, we had a spa day as a large group for a hen party and what an absolutely phenomenal time we had. Everything was absolutely perfect and implemented as planned. Offering even more than we ever imagined. Everyone had an incredible time, the facilities and treatments were absolutely amazing and all the girls in the team were super friendly, accommodating and very very good with many of the girls saying they had the best massage of their lives! A MASSIVE thank you to the manager Sasha whom was absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. nothing was too much of a hassle when I was constantly phoning to amend the booking or clarify details. She was there on the day and ran everything like absolute clockwork and went way way way over and above. She is an absolute asset to their offering and we cannot thank you enough. The value for money was absolutely exceptional and worth every penny. Cannot wait to go back again!!!!! Thank you so much to everyone.

Spent a lovely afternoon in the care of Kerri, nothing is too much bother and she goes above and beyond to meet your wishes. Can't recommend these girls highly enough, from the minute you walk in the door, the warm welcome and smiley faces, yoy just have to try them for yourself.

Kayleigh performed a full body massage and 45 minute facial for me. I couldn’t recommend her enough! I was instantly so relaxed with her and even fell asleep a few times. Her pressure throughout the whole massage was perfect and she done every part so thoroughly! If you’re booking in for a massage or facial I would recommend Kayleigh! She’s an absolute diamond!

First visit to the Granite Spa and it did not disappoint. Having a long weekend with family in Aberdeen and some much needed girly time. Catch up with niece in the hottub followed by a double room treatment of full body and facial..... it was heaven! Staff are all lovely and welcoming and genuinely cared about our time there. Big thank you to Kayleigh and Kerry... we walked out of the room floating on air. One of the best massages I've ever had. I'll be back on our next visit and might ahave to arrange a girls trip. Hot tub and sauna was a great way to unwind and relax before going into get a seaweed massage. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The two ladies where professional and great at their jobs. From the moment I walked in for my first visit to The Granite Spa the surroundings, the atmosphere, the gentle scents in the air, my rushed day felt instantly relaxed. The beauty technicians are very friendly and welcoming. The reception/ waiting area and the treatment room where I was taken were clean and fresh. The treatment I received was carried out with care and professionalism. Questions I had about other products/ treatments were answered and clearly explained. I would recommend The Granite Spa whether you are looking for a quick treatment or a more relaxing session.

Went to the granite spa for the first time today and it was excellent. Really nice atmosphere and all the staff provided a 5-star service from the moment I walked in the door until I left. I received a massage from Sophie and enjoyed it so much that I booked in for the following day for another treatment. This was my first time visiting the Granite Spa, and my first time getting a pedicure. I had the gold pedicure treatment and it was just amazing. The customer service was excellent and the treatment itself was so relaxing and professionally done. I got a tour of the spa and treatment areas at the end because it was my first time, and now I can’t wait to return for another treatment! Thank you ladies- the Granite Spa will definitely be my new go-to for treatments- I would highly recommend this spa 😊

Had such a fab spa day with my sister enjoying the 'Winter Warmer' package. This was a very belated 30th birthday gift from me to my sister but as a lover of spa days and massages I was glad to be able to get in on it too! The use of the hot tub and facilities prior to our treatments was a great way to start off the relaxation, the massages were sublime and we also really enjoyed the pedi spa, although struggled to choose from the hundreds of colours of nail polish! All in all a wonderful day at a fabulous facility with genuinely lovely staff who did our treatments beautifully but who we also had a great laugh with on the day. We'll definitely be back!

The facilities are first class, the ambience is superb, the welcome and greeting from the front desk was nice and polite The 2 girls who did our treatments were excellent. We have had many spa experiences and various massage therapists but the girls were as good if not the best we have had-we loved the spa sanctuary, it is is beautiful retreat. We will return!
