I love this little venue in Aberdeen, always such a great atmosphere. This was the first time I attended a seated event and if you aren't careful where you sit your view could be obscured by the pillars. I was there for Rachel Sermanii and …

Brilliant venue for gigs and events with big names.
Craig Charles with his Soul and Funk nights, and the Doors Tribute band who are eerily like the real thing.
Many big names and acts have started off here, including music acts and comedians.
They also do lovely little Operas and Theatre for children, to get them used to culture and music.
Always beautifully done, and very reasonably priced.
You can also get a Play, a Pint and a Pie for a reasonable price.
There's a bar, but it's only open when there's an event on.
And I love it just the way it is.

Well worth the drive through wind and rain to be entertained by a trio of superb actors delivering a play full of humour and pathos which also gave food for thought. The pie and pint and atmosphere excellent too.

I don't think I've previously had occasion to criticise the Lemon Tree but last night's The Lemonheads gig was spoiled by many attendees talking over the band we'd come to see/hear and enjoy. A big contributory factor was probably the bar staying open during the gig. Food for thought for Lemon Tree management.

Thought provoking play not what I expected but not disappointed. Like the upstairs theatre the seats and leg room suit tall people with back issues and although it's tired looking please don't change seating.

Nice, intimate venue that can get quite lively with the right band on stage.
My only gripe is the lighting. The stage can be so dark and dingy that you hardly recognise who's up there. Get that sorted FFS.

Went to see a play about Nina Simone. The actress was superb, and had a great singing voice. We need more of this kind of thing in Aberdee. Fantastic entertainment

Excellent venue for gigs, Saw Hells Bells there and they were brilliant along with Fubar who supported them

Great venue for bands, small capacity so makes for an intimate venue also 5mins from nearest car-park 'GallowGate parking'
