Reviews of Libanus 1877
K. S.
Wonderful and beautiful little cinema. So glad we found it on our recent holiday. Luxurious red seats which are extremely comfortable and a thoroughly enjoyable film experience. Very friendly owners made the whole visit fab. Thank you. Would definitely visit again if holidaying near it in the future.
V. L.
Beautiful cinema, such a different experience from cinemas in the city much more personal. We booked I advance and watched a film during our holiday. Really reasonable prices too. Full bar and snacks available. Exceptional service, would highly recommend a visit, even if just for the experience but I enjoyed the film too.
G. B.
Really good cinema immaculately kept in a boutique style. Deep luxury seats which recline and sofa's spread about.
Really friendly staff (owners) who are a real asset.
Prices are very reasonable for tickets and food, there is also a restaurant open for meals before films at certain times . Even if you don't watch a film it's worth a visit to see what can be achieved by retaining All the character of a former chapel . Also as a bonus it's licenced for alcohol.
F. M.
Lovely cinema. Great staff. Hope to come back soon to try the restaurant
C. M.
We have been here before, and yet again it didn’t disappoint. Tried the Sunday lunch this time and it was amazing. The chefs are so good here and i hope they know this. The lovely greeting is really nice every time and the staff are attentive but let you enjoy the food too. I cannot wait for our next visit.
J. C.
What a great cinema. it's like sitting in your own armchair, I sat in a seat to the side with cushions. Small, personal and so much nicer than the international chains that are in most towns. Highly recommended.
G. B.
An absolute hidden gem, this place is beautiful. A lovely boutique cinema filled with charm and smiles, massive armchairs stuffed with cushions and blankets available if wanted. I will definitely try to go back next time I'm in the area

The facilities are lovely, and friendly staff. However, I booked 5 seats for a show that night, I was told that my seat reservation was accepted. I arrived early to secure the seats we had reserved, just in case, only to find the staff had muddled up and booked my seats for the following night. Their response was to wait to see if people don't turn up. We waited in the lobby and eventually we were told we can sit in the very front row all the way to the left, not a great view considering we had reserved seats and had payed the same as everyone else. I'll be hesitant to go again due to this unfortunately.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The restaurant is beautifully set up making the most of the old chapel features and the food was superb with excellent service throughout. The cinema itself has comfortable seating with the option of a sofa in the top left and cosy armchairs down the right with pillows and blankets provided to get comfortable without any view being obstructed. A great range of cinema snacks and drinks are available including coffee. The screen itself is excellent quality and gets very bright.
R. G.
A very quirky cinema, restraunt & bar all house in a former chapel.
The convertion alone is worth a visit & possible the most comfortable cinema seats you'll ever find, with a combination of mainly leather reclining seats with cup (holder) or more homely seats.
I can only describe the experience as if you won the Lottery & had you're own Cinema this would be it, you can even by Champagne, wine, beer, teas/ coffee ect to drink whilst watching the films.
We did not try the restraunt, however talking to others who had said the food was very good.
We came to watxh one film (Boheimien Rhapsody) & ended up staying to watch a second film (Exorcist), being the Halloween special.
All staff friendly, reasonable priced & a great experience, definitely worth a visit.
P. S.
I visited the cinema on recommendation of my wife and son who have been before. We visited and even our well behaved dog was allowed in. We had an absolute fab night. Lovely inside with arm chairs, cushions and blankets if needed. Film was great and staff were friendly and so helpful. Prices so reasonable too. A must for anyone if you have time.
A. S.
Stylish boutique cinema perfect for families, friends or even solo trips. Pete is so friendly and very informative. Tickets prices are very reasonable and snack are just as good. Within the showing screen there are blankets available so you can snuggle up. Defo will be going again!
P.
Please visit and enjoy the fare on offer.
We both ordered the Lamb .
Our favourite meat of choice and we were not disappointed at all.
Along with the season vegatables supurb.
Your host Peter most charming and friendly along with the staff.
All smiles and great service thank you.
If you are near Borth treat yourself Peter's restaurant with a cinema below.
Must be one of the top restaurants in the area.
A surprise find in Borth which we had a pleasant evening.
Hopefully we will visit again and enjoy Peter's hospitality and the house staff's hard work plus you Chef!!.
A. M.
Love this cinema! One of my favourites. Lovely owner. Comfy seats and the sofa in the back of the room is also very comfy. Also reasonably priced.
A. J.
Stunning location. Beautifully and tastefully refurbished. Very old blends perfectly with classy modern. Gorgeous cinema with AMAZING seats. Beautiful bar. Will definitely be back
D. V.
Beautiful restaurant and the food is to die food. They are making new additions to the place so it's always worth going to visit the new parts. The atmosphere is friendly and the restaurant is very well designed.
B. U.
It is a wonderful experience to watch a film in this quirky cinema. You can choose between very large cinema seats or even more comfortable old leather armchairs. Brilliant!!!
j. b.
Great place to take the children whilst on holiday. Very intimate with only about 40 comfortable seats. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
L. D.
Lovely little cinema that's like upgrading to first class airline seating if you have only attended the other main cinema in Aberystwyth. Seriously, the seats are so spacious I could sit cross legged. It was however uncomfortably hot so you won't likely need any of the free to use blankets or scatter cushions. One thing I really didn't like was the solid 25 minutes of adverts including a very strange one for Borth itself. This was dispute the relatively expensive ticket price (compared to other local cinemas) it was way overkill. Would definitely go back but would wear shorts and t shirt and turn up 20 min late!
H. R.
Met friends for Sunday lunch in Libanus it was one of if not the best Sunday lunch we've had . Fabulous surroundings , friendly helpful staff and great food what's not too love , thoroughly recommend this amazing restaurant!

Good food. Had catch of the day which was very tasty and well presented. Cheese plate was gorgeous.
R. P.
Fabulous meal followed by marvelous cinema. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Excellent in our experience. Would highly recommend.
K. M.
Brilliant cinema, great seating the sound system is great you could feel the engines of the planes in the top gun movie in your seat, nice staff, good prices and worth every penny in my opinion. Restaurant looks gorgeously decorated yet to try that out 😊💛
J. W.
What a lovely little restaurant! Friendly, welcoming staff who go out of their way to see you enjoy your evening. Well cooked, well presented, well priced and highly recommended. The beach at Ynislas a mile up the road is breathtakingly beautiful, so makes for a great day out.
P. F.
Just love this place. So comfy, brilliant food and drink. Best place to watch films for miles around.
T. A. S.

This ws my second visit and I found the food was still fantastic! The atmosphere was really buzzing yet it was quiet and the decorations were very unique. Highly recommended this restaurant!
R. m.
Excellent venue for food or cinema. The most comfortable cinema experience you can get. New entrance and bar are fantastic.

LOVE this cinema! So comfortable here...its like home from home in the sofas/chair's. Owners are so so friendly, welcoming and helpful
b. j.
Wonderful place, staff friendly and not overly attentive, food was gorgeous we came for sunday lunch and had brisket with wonderful Yorkshire pudding and roast/new potatoes and enough veg for a small army, highly recommended!
M. T.
Exceptional... The service is fantastic, the food sublime and there is a wonderful selection of wines. I enjoyed a smoked haddock chowder starter and a 10oz sirloin steak it was really amazing
K. S.
Beautiful restaurant and cinema. Staff are so lovely and it's one of our favourite places to go. Definitely visit here, you will not be disappointed x
K. W.
Beautiful venue, food was absolutely amazing and the service was brilliant. Waitresses were very kind, friendly and understanding especially when it came to one of our party being a bit of a fussy eater :) Absolutely adored the crispy beef, 11/10 would definitely recommend this place.
The cinema under the restaurant is also fantastic. Chairs were extremely comfy and prices were affordable especially when you have a student ID. Would definitely recommend as well.
Staff very kind about disabilities as well. I am disabled and was asked if I would be alright with the stairs and was offered use of a lift to reach the restaurant and again for the ground floor, so this place is very accessible to those with a wheelchair or limited mobility like myself. The cinema room has some steps though they are small but there is wheelchair accessible seats before them.
I. M.
This is our favourite cinema and we always visit when we're on holiday in town. Friendly staff, comfy seats with good views and great sound. Excellent coffee, us a good range of sweets, chocolate and ice creams to take in ready for the film.
C. A.
A great find thanks to the Internet and reviews again. This place is absolutely the place to go.
From our greeting to our table. The beautiful decor and the ambiance. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were a credit to the place and the owner was hands on too. Can't fault it. Amazing food, great wines and a superb experience. Thank you so much for making my wife's birthday one of the best ever. Loved every minute of it. The lamb was the best. Everyone left full and with big smiles on their faces. Says it all. Worked out about £30 per person.
R. f.
Sunday lunch
Excellent prawn cocktail to start and a very tender lamb dinner to follow
p. w.
Lovely cosy cinema. Love the armchairs. Nice decor. Haven't tried the food as yet.
R. J.
Loved it here. Honestly, such a cosy cinema.
E. R.
A fantastic evening in this little gem of a restaurant. Having read the reviews I looked forward to a decent meal, but what was served exceeded all expectations. The service, the food and the so very genial host, were all fantastic. Can't wait to go back there.
H. S.
Lovely little cinema in Borth. The only issue for us it was very warm inside. Staff were very good and friendly. Seats very comfortable. A nice viewing of the film. Liked the added incense burning 😁
T. S.
We had a super afternoon here! It's a fabulous boutique cinema, beautifully maintained and efficiently run. There was a good selection of snacks and treats (great coffee!) and a mix of very comfy cinema style seats with reclining backs and big, armchair style seats with comfy cushions. Doors open 45 mins before the showing starts and that's when we arrived, which was a bit too early. Suggest half an hour to 40 mins is enough to secure choice of seats as there is no pre-allocation of seats. This is a brilliant afternoon for kids in particular and would probably be a lovely evening for grown-ups too!
A. G.
Just visited to have a look. It has a average size cinema (only one screen) and the latest film showing which was cool! It you wanted to have a meal as well it has a lovely looking restaurant upstairs (again we only had a look didn't eat).
N.
Everytime we come to Borth the Libanus is a 'must' visit! I'll elaborate more below.
The cinema first - it is small, quirky, comfortable and offers a great cinematic experience. The booking process is easy and straight forward and it's very well priced when compared to the larger chain cinemas. The film selection is limited but does show latest releases. It has a good food and drink selection on offer, again at reasonable prices.
The restaurant - in a league of its own. I won't pretend it isn't on the expensive side, but I do genuinely think you get what you pay for here. Combine the amazing food with a nice seating space and pleasant staff and you're onto a winner.
If you're simply passing through, or you are a regular visitor to Borth but haven't checked the Libanus out yet, I recommend you do so. An easy 5 stars from me!
N. C.
This is the best cinema I've ever been to, its got arm chairs and sofa, drinks, ice cream, popcorn and a super friendly approach.
Can't wait to go back and watch something else.
Cruella today was brilliant, top films in an awesome cinema, so comfortable.
Thanks so much!
K. L.
Absolutely amazing food and service. Definitely a must ! Could honestly not fault this restaurant in any way.
R. C.
Excellent food and venue with good, friendly service!
G. G.
First visit here, friendly staff, comfortable seats, great selection of drinks and snacks for the cinema. Will try the restaurant as well next time!
V. W.
Great visit, watched the new James Bond film in the most comfortable, reclining seats followed by a fantastic meal. I couldn't fault any of the delicious food and the service was topnotch too. Full marks from me.
E. R.
Always love going here. The food and service is amazing thank you
s. r.
Excellent cinema very good comfy seats good picture quality good service
A. W.
Awesome restaurant, fabulous food and a lovely quirky cinema. We loved it!!!
M. P.
This is a unique cinema experience. Very small, well only seat 50 - 60, however this makes the experience more special. Reclining chairs and blankets if required make the experience special. Excellent range of drinks and snacks available. The sound and picture quality is top notch. A brilliant night out
S. N.
Excellent meal and great friendly staff we love coming here for both the restaurant and the cinema we will be coming back very soon
L. L.
Great food, excellent cinema. Would recommend for both. Definitely the place to be in Borth.
R. N.
I have been here several times now, and I am well overdue writing a review.
This is by far one of my favourite cinemas to visit. Everybody is very friendly and welcoming, and the owners really appreciate you supporting their local business.
The seating is outstanding and the venue cozy, with all of the latest blockbusters doing the rounds here. Popcorn and other snacks are also avaliable.
I cannot praise this place enough, it deserves nothing less than a full five stars. Make sure you visit soon!
J. F.
What a fabulous place. The kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our cinema experience here. Can highly recommend.
P. T.
Excellent in all aspects food prices service staff excellent quality. There is a small cinema on the ground floor ...i would advise pre booking the restaurant and cinema very popular. Disability access to restaurant via..a lift..no carpark other than the main road..the train station is a 5 minute walk well worth a visit highly recommended....
J. E.
I took my children to see the new Star Wars movie here and was greeted by friendly staff. The staff also spoke Welsh which was a pleasant surprise. And as for the Cinema...well, its perfect! Huge comfy, reclining seats with tons of leg room, and the decor of this refurbished chapel is stylish, warm and welcoming. The screen and sound quality were great too, and we thoroughly enjoyed the movie.
P. C.
Five star food, five star hospitality and service, and five star decor.
It's an unusual proposition; take an abandoned Presbyterian chapel and convert it into a combined cinema and a restaurant. Our local friends had been to the cinema at Libanus 1877, but never eaten there.
Now we have, and will be heartily recommending it to all who come to Borth. The restaurant has been furnished and finished to a very high standard, and the large glass windows at the front give it an airy "party" feel, whilst the back part feels snug and cosy, especially at night with the lighting subdued.
The menu is varied and imaginative, the portion sizes are sensible, and the flavours amazing. Our food was beautifully cooked, and oh so very tasty!
We were served by Helen, who made us feel very welcome, answering all our questions about the food, the restaurant and the area. We met the proprietors Peter and Grug, who were also delightful. I'm not sure everybody gets a local shaggy dog story out of Peter, but we did, and it was a hoot!
Will come again.
R. W.
Great place for a film or a meal a very pleasurable night out
R. M.
Pre show Dinner upstairs. A La Carte menu, indulgent starter and dessert - Fish of the Day recommended. Remember to choose your seat or armchair for the show downstairs before eating as there aren't that many. Watched Aretha Franklin story "Respect", first night in Borth. Audience clapped at the end of the film, so 70s Nostalgia replenished!
B. W.
Amazing food, lovely staff and the most comfy gorgeous little cinema I have ever been to. Seats recline and there are armchairs too. Extra cushions and snuggly throws if you want. Buy hot drinks, soft drinks and alcohol to take in as well as the usual sweets and ices. A really nice night out.
C. S.
Smart place to eat, excellent food good service, definitely would dine there again
L. P.
Fabulous restaurant! Salt and pepper calamari to die for. Catch of the day was amazing. Great food, great wine and lovely staff. Highly recommend this place, we will definitely return 😊
M. H.
Great place. Friendly staff, beautiful building, great choice of snacks, lovely seating. Only cinema i go to now.
K. H.
Intimate and quirky, this small welcoming family cinema is a special place to visit. Current films shown, huge comfy seats, lots of treats at the entrance, booster seats for little ones. All with a beautifully restored chapel with oodles of atmosphere.
C. H.
We booked at short notice for my partner's 50th birthday after we were let down somewhere else! They kindly fitted us in and we all had a fantastic meal, even put birthday banner on the table and made it special for us. Fantastic food and drink, and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you and we are looking forward to coming back for valentine's.
B. C.
Enjoyed a tasty meal on Saturday night in a new venue for me. Great ambience, friendly and welcoming staff . Service was efficient and allowed time to chat , enjoy a drink and then down to the main event , eating. Well presented, hot food , steak cooked exactly how I ordered and home cooked chips with side salad. Well done . Must remember to go to the cinema next visit.
W. A.
A truly wonderful place. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. A big thank you to Harry, who was our waiter for the evening. A very well deserving 5 stars.
D. P.
Fantastic small local cinema. Visited whilst on holiday near by and was delighted with the venue.
E. H.
Great little cinema! Really comfy modern reclining seats (or massive homely armchairs if you prefer), Sony digital 4k projection and sound system, reasonably-priced snacks and licensed bar. What more could you want?
M. G.
The beautifully renovated Chapel is a work of art creating the backdrop for a delightful restaurant and cinema. The food was stunning, I challenge anyone to find better in the area. Is dish was very well presented and the tastes very well balanced. The fried sea bass was perfect and the duo of lamb tender and well seasoned. Great attention to the sauces throughout. This place is unique and interesting and backed up by stunning food and fab service. 'thank you darlings' :)
K. E.
As always we had a beautiful evening in their beautiful boutique cinema with a warm friendly welcome.
We had a wonderful evening of great food which I can highly recommend was super tasty followed by a lovely evening in the very comfy cinema with soem goblins for company lol!
Thank you again for a great night and we will hopefully see you soon. X
s. j.
Wow, what an amazing cinema. I've wanted to go for a long time and finally got around to it, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The service, the prices, the building, and oh my, the seating..just wow, we sat on the armchairs, with comfy cushions, I was in heaven. I cannot wait to go again..you will not be disappointed 😊👍
R. D.
Wow!! I am so impressed!!
Surroundings are lovely and the actual theatre is amazing.
Staff are welcoming and helpful.
Prices are very reasonable too.
Comfy seating with great views of the screen. This is important to me as sometimes I struggle to see over people's heads.
Very well organised.
Definitely worth a visit when you are in Borth.
D. N.
This is the 3rd time of coming here and it never disappoints , food fantastic, staff welcoming, and the new bar looks absolutely gorgeous, as does the rest of the restaurant and cinema. Will be coming back often.
Well done Peter, wife (boss) and staff you have made a great place to relax .
From the newly engaged couple. D and G xx
E. S.
Incredible food and a really unique cinema.
L. J.
A great cinema with a fabulous and thoughtful host. Comfy seats with lots of leg room, reasonably priced refreshments and overall a great setup!
Resteraunt upstairs also does lovely high quality food and great customer service.
S. T.
Food was absolutely delicious, and service was fantastic, also very reasonably priced for the quality. Had been meaning to visit for a while, will definitely be coming back soon!
S. M.
60 seats, in recliners or arm chairs. Blankets. Comfy, cosy, friendly atmosphere. Go and make sure this place stays open for ever more. Well priced, staffed by people with personality. Will check out the food next time as well.
C. S.
Another great night out to watch a film, this time it was the showman, it was fantastic I highly recommend it. The cinema is warm, cosy and comfy and the quality is top notch. Can't wait to go again :)
J. G.
Beautifully and stylishly restored chapel that is now a restaurant and cinema. One of the highlights was looking at the collection of old and ornately-carved chapel chairs from across Wales that are used in the restaurant. Sunday lunch was superb and excellent value for money. If ever we get the chance to visit Borth again, I will plan it so we can watch a film in the cinema. I'd give this more than 5 stars if I could.
D. R.
I wish all cinema's were like this. Cosy armchair's and fluffy throw's available. Large roomy seats with plenty of legroom. I was very impressed with how cheap the whole experience was. Tempted to go back again before my holiday ends. All staff were pleasent and welcoming. Restaurant was fully booked but their menu is impressive. Overall I'd definatly recommend this as a must visit place when coming to Borth.
d. r.
Great cinema experience. Spot to be fair, I'll be back soon.
A. P.
Most amazing cinema I ever visited. Never want to watch a film anywhere else. Totally loved by the owners, which shines through. And there is a palace upstairs, purpose unclear, but just a quick look was enchanting
S. J.
Enjoyed a lovely meal in this gorgeous restaurant, food was excellent, staff was very attentive. The restaurant is up stairs but there is a glass lift.
After our meal we went downstairs to their very own cinema, with cosy arm chairs and throws, fabulous.
Well worth a visit!!!
S. S.
Party of four for Sunday lunch. Lamb, brisket of beef, chicken and veg cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend and if we are down this way again, it would definitely be our very first go to restaurant.
D. M. W.
Always great visiting here and the experience is amazing for such a small cinema in a small village. 🙂
R. D.
An unexpected gem hidden behind the main road through Borth, a few minutes' walk from the railway station.
We went for lunch and it was a superb experience in every way. Service and food were faultless and I got to practice speaking a little of my Welsh too.
We should all support privately-owned places like this as there are far too few of them around.
A. E.
What a lovely place, we had a very enjoyable evening. Thank you to all the staff.
E. L.
Lovely cinema, beautiful decor and wide and comfy reclining seats. It was very hot in the auditorium so if you've come to.Borth dressed appropriately for Welsh weather make sure you're wearing removable layers. Also beware the statue of the naked man in the upstairs ladies' loos, if the presence of an unexpected penis is likely to send you into urinary retention!
A. H.
Superb little cinema with huge comfortable chairs. They even supply blankets for that cosy feel! Also good thinking on their part to have booster seats for the smaller kids as the backs of chairs can be a little high for them to see over.
F. M.
Fantastic place, we haven't tried the cinema yet but it looks like art cinema should be. The hosts are very friendly and professional, the food is great and we'll priced, highly recommended.
B. D.
Lovely food, lovely room with interesting nic naks to look at. Waited a while longer for our food than normal, but not TOO long, but 7 of us and we hadn't booked. Children's food very reasonable, small selection. Adults food great selection.
D. H.
Absolutely loved it ❤ The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and in the cinema was great. It was like sitting at home on the comfy chairs xx Just be careful not to fall asleep 😁👍 xx
J. F.
Only had a coffee outside as we had our dog with us. But had a look inside and it's been beautifully renovated. Menu looks very tasty, booking is advised which we hope to do soon.
S. W.
Absolutely lovely boutique cinema. The welcome, seating and general ambience was fantastic right down to the cushions and blankets available for use during a film. Can't wait to go again 😀
C. G.
Another fabulous evening meal at Libanus 1877, never been disappointed yet. Attentive but unobtrusive staff, well cooked delicious food, great wines to accompany, beautiful building. Wish them continuing success.
D. S.
A fabulous cinema in Borth! Libanus1877 is an old chapel on Borth high St converted so sympathetically and tastefully into a wonderfully comfortable cinema which even has a side row of double armchair's with optional blankets ....never experienced a cinema like it.... and would more expect to see it in upmarket London areas than Borth ! Congratulations to the owner and host for a FABULOUS experience well worth many more visits !!!
C. W.
Wow thus place is amazing. From the entrance to the staff to the cinema to the bar the seating in the cinema sofa Chairs and you even get blankets this place is amazing. Love love love. The whole place is amazing well worth a visit
I. L.
Great afternoon watching the new Bond film, first time here and absolutely 💯 fantastic, great welcome, and lots of snacks and drinks choice well worth a visit thanks so much for a great time
M. G.
Excellent food and service. As a former chef and restauranteur I don't use the word excellent as a passing phrase when it comes to dining out, but Libanus 1877 definitely exceeded all my expectations. When we ordered beef for Sunday lunch we never expected half a side of beef, cooked to perfection. Well done Libanus, a labour of love that deserves the best compliments anyone can give.
G. H.
Lovely staff, owner extremely friendly and attentive. Food fairly priced and presented beautifully. Will be visiting again
S. B.
Brilliant, superb cinema. Great service and price. 5* everything. You can see a lot of effort has gone in to this place. Brilliant afternoon with the family!
H. P.
Incredibly delightful converted Chapel, now a warm, welcoming, intimate cinema. Excellent cafe and amenities. Super helpful staff. A pleasure to relax watching the films in a comfy armchair.
D. D.
Absolutely fantastic cinema. Beautiful decor and ambiance. You can just feel the heart and soul the owners have put into the place. Highlight of my holiday.
D. D.
This is my second review for Libanus, the first can be read below and is for the restraunt, this one is for the cinema. We visited on 30 December 2017 to see The Last Jedi. What a wonderfull experience. The movie was sold out completly but the owner borrowed a seat from the restraunt so a young lad and his mom wouldn't be dissapointed. It was like watching a movie with a giant friendly family with all the locals making us brummies feel welcome too. A big thank you to all concerned............... My first review for the restraunt folloews: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. You should expect to wait a little while for your food to be cooked but well worth the wait. One of the highlights of my stay in Borth. Well done guys, looking forward to visiting the cinema on my next visit.
S. T.
Lovely quirky cinema in what used to be a Chapel. A mixture of standard cinema seats and easy chairs/sofas. Blankets and boosters available as needed. Ice cream, popcorn, sweets, coffee and soft drinks served at a reasonable price.
Right in the centre of Borth a short walk from the train station. A little more expensive than the comadore in Aberystwyth but still a lot cheaper than most cinemas.
D. F.
I'm not a fan of going to the cinema but this was on my daughters 'before I leave Aberysthwth bucket list' Best evening of our week. Fabulous unique cinema.
L.
This place is an absolute gem. I returned recently & attended a matinee. Seated in one of their large wingback chairs I almost forgot I was in a cinema. Had I not enjoyed the film so much, I would most definitely of had a nap.
M. W.
Really enjoyed the cinema experience (if not the film as kids film!) Staff great, seats really comfortable, good selection of treats. I would really recommend and good luck to the cinema.
S. C.
A lovely little cinema. Super plush luxurious seats and great drinks & snacks. The restaurant above is superb.
P. L.
We can’t wait until the restaurant is open. Darn Covid! Delicious and fantastic dinner and then watch a good movie afterwards. Never have to leave the establishment for either one!
D. G.
Good cinema, comfy seats. Volume a bit loud for a small cinema in my opinion. Otherwise very good.
r. t.
