Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I went to Bathgate especially to try this place after hearing so much about it. What a pleasant surprise it was. Floatation tanks are so relaxing. I ended up spending 2 hours and came out so chilled and relaxed. Clean and they have the best quality products (sea kelp shampoo, creams etc). Member of staff was so helpful and explained the experience before going in then checked up on me afterwards. Ended the session with a nice cup of herbal tea. Highly recommended.

Had my first float therapy session tonight and absolutely loved it. The essential oils in the water left my skin so soft. The feeling of weightlessness was surreal. The premises are beautiful and smell amazing. Megan on reception is absolutely lovely and welcoming. There are toiletries provided for your shower afterwards and a pamper room where you can dry and straighten your hair. I will definitely return and will be returning and will recommend to friends and family.

Went for my first float today. The booking process was easy and communications explained everything - the service from booking to float time was great. The float experience itself was amazing. So good to be able to completely let go, feeling weightless and free. The pamper room is a great touch too with Dyson hairdryers and straighteners provided, and the herbal tea was lovely. Will definitely be back!

Well what can I say ! First time user , and all I can say is it was 10/10 from start to finish , it's the most relaxing Serine thing I've ever done ! Was sceptical to begin with , but that soon faded away , to sheer heaven in relaxation , will 100% be back , thank you to the wonderful receptionist who talked me though everything ,and had a lovely fruit tea and water waiting on me , thank you !

First time here and loved the whole experience. The place has gorgeous decor and this adds to the relaxing feeling you get as you prepare for your float. This was a unique way to chill out and have some me time and I made the decision to have no lights or music and have the opportunity to zone out completely. Definitely would recommend and have already decided to go back and take my husband as we can go and utilise 2 of the pods at the same time. Lovely staff, unique experience.

This was my first visit and i was made to feel very welcome. I was shown around the premises before being taken into the float room. Quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and ear plugs were provided and I was given clear instructions on using the float pod. The Float itself was amazing, it was wonderful to have that "me" time. I will recommend Float Bathgate to all my friends.

The best experience I’ve had in a long time. Very calming set up and the float pod itself was quite big (I’m 5’7 and could stretch out in my float). The water temp was perfect and I just felt so weightless and calm. I’ll be back!

Firstly met by a really nice girl on reception who talked me through everything as it was my 1st Float, gave me a tour of the facilities and other alternative therapies they offer. I have tried many different relaxation techniques but my first floating experience has opened my eyes to total relaxation , friendly and informative staff , spotlessly clean , the relaxation continues with herbal tea after departing the float room . Fully recommend a float session to unwind and relax. The people there are extremely welcoming and friendly, and make sure you understand how everything works before you get settled in. And you you get a nice warm cup of herbal tea and some refreshing water to help you rehydrate and ease back into life in the outside world after your session.

As soon as you enter you feel the calmness Staff are so nice and helpful I had treatment from Dereck first. Next day, Found aches in my back improved. Will be going back Next had float which I was apprehensive about. Staff made you relax as they went over and explained everything in detail. After the pamper room was good and then to relax with a herbal tea. There was no feeling of being rushed at any time Just total relaxation Whole experience was LUSH and ME ME time !!!! I had my first Float experience today and it was amazing. It was everything I expected and much more. The facilities were fabulous and Jacqueline and Derrick were so welcoming. The float pods are spacious and comfortable. The sensation of weightlessness is so relaxing and stress busting. I have already booked my next session.

Wow! The quality of this experience from beginning to end is incredible. From the welcoming staff as you arrive to the to the Dyson hairdryers and lovely products in the shower it’s all been so well thought out. The float tanks themselves are pristine, and much bigger than expected, at no time did I feel claustrophobic. The water is the perfect temperature and at several times I drifted off to sleep I was so relaxed. I will definitely be back!

I have visited Float 3 times now & cannot recommend it enough. The reception area, float rooms, pamper room & post float area all have a very luxurious spa feel. It's tastefully decorated, there are lots of amentities which adds to the overall float exeprience. It truly is amazing. From the very 1st float I was able to switch off & relax. I absolutely loved it. There's nothing that they haven't thought of to enhance your overall float experience. I look forward to my next float next week.

Wow! From the second you walk in here you will feel so relaxed. The lovely smell, the decor, the girl dealing with me was absolutely amazing. And the FLOAT! this was my second float but 1st one here. Today I had KCR/CTR therapy session for a lower back issue. Derrick made me feel at ease and talked me through the process. I am happy to say my body now feels in a better place, moving more freely and pain free, apart from a little tenderness which is expected. Delighted with the results in only one session and can now be back on the golf course on Thursday. Well worth a visit.

I started with KCR and Reiki with Derrick which was amazing. I felt so at peace and relaxed before then going on and spending an hour in the float tank. This was my first float experience and I truly loved it. From the staff to the facilities to the experience, completely faultless. Will definitely be back!

This was my first visit to float. I found the staff very friendly and professional. They went through everything with me just incase i forgot anything from watching the video. I was not too sure about Float ( i was given a gift voucher for my Christmas) before i used it. The experience was very pleasant once i managed to relax and take it all in. Being able to dry my hair before goi g out in the cold was an added bonus, then relax in a comfortable surrounding with a friut tea and water completed my experience. Will definately use them again.

Really good experience, don't be fooled by the location, ince inside, it's an escape from the hustle and bustle. Great layout, modern, fresh, clean and smells like a spa .... The flotation tanks are very good and once it goes dark, you really do forget you are in water ... it was so relaxing it was a major effort to drink our herbal tea and water ...... staff made us feel very much at home. Defo be back and recommend it to lots of people already.

Had the most amazing float experience, was a little apprehensive as really don’t like a bath prefer showers. Need not have worried this is like a spa treatment, the salts are so strong it feels like you are being held in the water. The full experience was a delight, from the lovely reception area and welcoming staff, high quality products from the equipment to the shampoo and shower gels. Did not feel rushed and had an area to dry hair and apply make up. Felt like a mini spa day. Highly recommend!

First time today, was totally amazing. Although 60 mins was to long for me. I only last about 30mins ..I felt a bit sick. After megan made me tea n water , I felt so relaxed. I just wanted to sleep. The staff are lovely. Megan looks after you before & after very well. Beautiful & clean surroundings. you feel so good. Be better next time hopefully last a bit longer.

Well the Float experience for me just keeps getting better and better. Had my 7th float today since January and I was well and truly asleep for most of it. Totally relaxed and ready to spend the night chilling at home. What a great way to end a hard week of gym training and a 2 hour fight team squad session.

I have been to Float three times now and the benefits just keep getting better and better. I suffer from chronic pain due to Crohn’s Disease especially in my joints but have to say the benefits I am getting after floating are impressive. I was very cynical before I tried that it wouldn’t do me any good but I was so wrong. I struggle to switch off and sleep afterwards I slept for 9 hours, my skin flares up due to my Crohn’s it also feels better but most importantly it makes my body feel comfortable for a period of time and I’m grateful. Having lived with IBD for 20 years it’s nice to have something that eases some of the things that go along with it. What I really like about the team at Float is they don’t throw it down your neck that floating will do this and do that what they do is advice on the many benefits and let every individual take their own experiences. Floating will never cure my condition but if it gives me 4/5 days of feeling good both body and mind then it’s a winner for me.

Been excited to try float since I heard it was opening , and managed to get a cancellation space today which was perfect as my body was aching ! Well I wasn’t disappointed the space is stunning, beautiful decorated and immaculate! The staff couldn’t do enough for you since the minute I walked in the door till I left. They really have thought of everything! ladies there is even a room dedicated to drying your hair and getting ready afterwards with dyson hairdryers !! Which I though was fab ! The float The pods are very spacious and u get the choice to have it open or closed have lights on or off and music or no music I chose the dark and no music which for me helped me relax more. It lasted a hour and you have a amazing shower before and afterwards which was very powerful and one thing I loved was I could have a nice hot shower and then turn the water to cold which made me feel even more relaxed and awake !! Yummm So cold water therapy people you can have it all 😂 I now feel relaxed and calm my pain in my body has has gone and my skin is super soft , so looking forward to going back. and might add a treatment in before next time. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next appointment thank you so much ! ❤️
