Despite calling at 6:20pm, Tony returned my call and visited first thing the next morning to fault diagnose my boiler, two possible faults and Tony suggested the cheaper option first. He quoted prices same day and ordered on following day after my approval, was able to attend and fit after next day part arrived, in all circumstances Tony kept me informed and always sent me a text to check it was convenient to visit giving me notice before arriving. First class service and very happy with AMC plumbing, would definitely recommend👍🏼

Had a complete boiler refit done with removal of hot water tank and isolation of cold tank in loft. From start to finish Tony was great. He was quick to come over to provide us with an appropriate quote which matched expectations. He responded quickly to questions via email and was flexible with the time allotted. He confirmed date and time to start a few days prior to the start of the job. He and Chris were prompt to arrive on the first day and explained what the plan was for the day then set to the work. They worked solidly for the whole day and achieved a great deal and were always happy to explain what was going on and any requirements of me. They completed on the 2nd day well ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job of making good all the work done to the outside of the house. All the waste was collected well before the end of the job and tidied away. They made it easy for me to make payment and were quick to respond to post job queries. Overall they couldn't have made the experience easier great work!

Really pleased with the job these guys did. Tony and Chris cleaned out the mess of the old bathroom and installed the new one quickly and efficiently but also kept the house really clean. "From the initial quote to the end of the job, Antonio and his workers were prompt, punctual, efficient and hard working. They stripped out our old back boiler and tanks and cylinders, re plumbed the 5 new radiators downstairs, added 3 new radiators and piping upstairs that had not existed before, they put in a pressure cylinder and new boiler in the airing cupboard and did this all in between the hours of 9-6 and were finished in 4 days! We couldn't be more pleased and would recommend them to anyone. No job was too hard and they never left a mess at the end of each days work. Thank you very much AMC."

Very professional. The quoting process was very smooth: they arrived on time and provided a timely quote. We chose AMC as they have a track record with wet rooms - our project was a first floor flat so not simple. They arranged a start date and were on-time when they started the work. Any issues during the project were communicated promptly so minimum time was wasted waiting for direction. Coordination with other contractors (plasterer) was crisp. The quality of the work was exceptional. Tidy up was done quickly and thoroughly. Extremely happy with the finished bathroom. Highly recommend.
