Our boiler broke last year not long before Christmas and I googled a plumber and found GPS. All I can say is thank goodness I did! Gavin squeezed us in at short notice and came out the same day to offer a free quote. He was really genuine and didn't try and push expensive boiler options on us. We went for a Worcester-Bosch and once our payment had cleared, he ordered the parts and started the work within a couple of days. He worked very hard to get it finished for us in a day, he also installed a radiator in our hallway for free (as he noticed it was rusty and leaking) he was professional, friendly and very trustworthy and I have since recommended him to all my friends and family. So rare to find such a nice genuine person in a trade like this! Gavin, we will see you later on in the year for the annual inspection. Many Thanks, Laura and John Brennan
