The Process re the installation of a replacement boiler, Hive control system and shower pump was carried out in a very professional manner by the Action Plumbing Team. Their engineer arrived at the agreed time and set about the work in a quietly efficient manner , consulting with me as required. All the installations were thoroughly checked to ensure that they were operating as they were intended. Of special note was the way the place was left clean and tidy with all the old materials and packaging removed. I have used Action Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for over 10 years including when unforeseen issues have arisen. I would highly recommend the company in the knowledge that their work is of the very highest standard.

Received a service reminder, so I was able to book my gas boiler service at a time and date that suited me. Got a message to say engineer on his way, and promptly arrived as promised. Service carried out, with no mess or fuss, and Ryan wore covid PPE equipment during his time in our home which was much appreciated as our daughter is disabled. Great staff and good service. I will always recommend Action plumbing and heating to friends and neighbours.

We moved into a new house last December and there were problems with the heating. We called Action Plumbing and spoke about the issue and they booked us in right away. Ryan came out to our house the next day to assess the issue. He drained our radiators and checked over our boiler. The boiler was old and needed to be replaced. Ryan gave us several options to choose from with different prices and advised us which option he would go for. We went for a new boiler which Ryan ordered right away. Once the boiler arrived Ryan came to our house the next day starting at around 8am. Ryan stayed all day replacing the boiler and quality checking the new boiler to ensure it was working. I've had a few plumbers work different jobs over the years and I can safely say that Ryan was the most professional, reliable and hard working plumber I've came across.

Had a new Bosch Greenstar 30i fitted. Excellent and reliable service conducted to a high standard at the agreed price. The engineers who attended were very courteous and tidy. Thank you Ryan!
