Burgoyne Plumbing and Heating installed a new gas heating system to replace the old oil boiler, new shower, replaced old existing piping and moved and installed new radiators for me. Declan was able to suggest and advise exactly what I needed. The team completed the work as promised, were very reliable and did a great job, we’re so pleased with the results. The team really know their stuff, are real professionals and gents. The house was left so clean you wouldn’t even know they’d been. They went above and beyond for us, couldn’t recommend them more!

The Burgoyne Team installed a new gas boiler and shower in my elderly Mother's house. They were all very kind and respectful. There was no fuss and I felt totally comfortable taking Mum out while they were working. They left the property clean and tidy each day. Super quick service, our boiler had gone and needed replaced, they came out the day after we called and told us they would have it fitted within two days and they stuck to their word. Offered us plug in radiators for the two days we had to wait and also fixed our immersion there and then so we could have hot water. Super friendly and professional and left the place clean and tidy. I recently commissioned this company to complete an oil - gas conversion at my home. From start to finish the advice, communications, options and overall approach was first class! Declan took the time to understand our objectives with the conversion. He explained the process and various options in a clear rather than a salesie way. His initial visit was comprehensive, quickly noting a couple of radiators that needed replacement valves to get the benefit from the conversion. The conversion was completed to a very high standard and we are delighted with the results. Everything was completed as planned in advance. The pricing was also very competitive. He also explained the workings of the new system very clearly meaning no unnecessary follow-ups were needed. I have just had a complete conversion from solid fuel to gas i can safely say this was my best experience ever from any contractor. Declan a real nice guy who explained everything he was going to do, when he was going to do it and nothing to much trouble for him. Used Burgoyne Plumbing & Heating recently to install a new boiler and upgrade some of our radiators. From our first phonecall Declan was very courteous and professional and even suggested a late evening home visit so he could give review the works needed to be done and give us a quote. This was very important to us as the evening times are the only time we are both at home and other firms we had contacted were not so flexible in their availability to meet with us. At this initial meeting Declan took his time and explained all options open to us,emailing us later that night with a quote we couldnt refuse. When completing the work,Burgoyne Plumbing&Heating were very respectful of our home and did the job within the timeframe agreed. There was no mess,dirt or any real inconvenience for us. On completion of work Declan gave us a thorough demonstration of how new boiler and controls worked and stressed to us that he was only a phonecall away if we had any teething issues,which we have not thank god. A week after finishing Declan dropped us a line just to make sure everything was going ok and we were happy with the work completed. This we felt was above and beyond and really reassured for us that we had gone with the right firm and will not hesitate in the future to use them again or highly recommend them to friends and family.
