D.Could not give this place enough stars ✨️ had my sons 4th birthday party here. Very clean and the staff ❤️ brilliant could not have met a nicer people. My kids had a ball, the food was amazing as always and the coffee is my favourite 😍 .
I would highly recommend this family run business as its a brilliant place to take the kids so much more play for them, thank yous very much and hopefully back again very much x
A. H.Very nice indoor playground with lots of items to help kids burn their energy off. The food served here is surprisingly good too. Well suited for holding birthday parties and other fun gatherings for kids.

S. J.Very large indoor frame with slides, tunnels, ball pits, ball pit ball guns etc, a small soccer pitch with net surrounds and a play area for under 4s. Cater for parties too. All in all, let the kids loose for an hour and have a coffee, hot food or other snack from the snack bar.
P. G.Fantastic soft play! It is absolutely huge. They are so accommodating to SEN children, having regular SEN sessions that my boys just love. It is the only place my husband and I have been able to sit and relax (and actually order food!) because the boys are so happy and entertained. Have recommended this place to so many people

K. H.We had our son’s 8th birthday in Funtastic yesterday. It was the Mayhem party. It was very well organised and the kids had so much fun doing the laser tag on the large play frame. The entire place was really clean and everyone enjoyed their hotdogs and chips. Thanks Funtastic for a great party.

c. m.The best indoor play area about, based on my experience. The climbing area is huge and well maintained, the place is as clean as its reasonable to expect and the coffee and snacks are good quality and keenly priced.
F. T.A good big play area. Toilets were clean and my kids love it. Went on a toddler morning, was ideal for my 3yo. Have been on weekends and can be very busy but the staff are good and keep it in check
M. M.Yep good place I bring my child here alot. The snacks are good and for us adults the coffee not bad either. Place well cleaned and the staff are on guard around the 4 year old play area to ensure the kids don't hurt them self's. One thing would be nice if your a regular customer it would be good if they did a loyalty card so say if you their 6 times with 6 stamps then your 7 time is free in .. If you like this review please give me a 👍like.
G. M.By far the best kids soft play place around. The staff are strict with the kids going into areas they aren't allowed in & parents are told off for going down slides but I agree with the staff & the policy. It's important that each child enjoys themselves & I like how committed the staff are to ensuring theres no unacceptable behaviour. Thumbs up!

The kids play area is heaps better than most of the ones around Belfast; my kids love it. They can really get up high.
The food is better than what I would expect for a cafe in a kids play park; usually its sandwiches and crisps. These guys had chips, breakfast and the works. Good stuff
C. D.Left a review for this place 5 no ths ago, and we go all the time it's amazing.. But thought I'd expand on why.
Usually once you go in here, you pay in then let your kids run wild and think nothing of it.. But today we ended up staying there for 2 hours and we don't realise how great the staff are. Watching them today and experiencing how much they do look out for the kids, even though they don't have to, as it's down to us.. This one young staff member even had the kids hugging her... Amazing and would highly recommend trying this place out.

A. N.First time here and our toddler had a total ball. Liked the seperate area for younger ones as gave our wee toddler chance to explore without being too crowded. Food was great as would recommend the Lasagne! Toilet facilities have had thought put into them as well which was great to see.
M. D.Great to get the kids really tired and good for parties. They know it! That's probably why the prices for food and drinks are high! Some of the staff still need a bit more customer service skills. But these are things only the adults pick up on! It's the best thing according to the kids!
K. H.Great place, I've been to numerous birthday parties here as well as just bringing my 5 year old to play. Fab food and coffees, brilliant soft play for the kids and even a section for babies and toddlers to play. Recommended this place for babies aged 6 months plus and older kids too!
C. L.Softplay for kids. Toddler section is very good nice big and open for the under 3s to run about. Over 3s section is big aswell and very well equiped. Large seating area for adults. There are 3 rooms for parties and we had approx. 15 kids and was good size. Kids all lived the food and chocpops!
Cafè onsite which offers hot food but felt prices were pretty high in comparison to similar venues. For example £1.50 for 2 slices of toast and £1 for hot water.
Staff can be very strict with adults in the play area. Some of the kids didnt like going down slide by themselves but staff 'toldoff' parents for taking them down. Think there needs to be some common sense applied.
Overall great venue for parties or rainy day out for the kids.
C. M.First time there and really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly, toilets were spotless, tea was good, wee one had a hot dog and it looked nice and the play area was huge! My 8 year old didn't want to leave as she said she didn't get to play in every part it was that big lol 😂
P. S.Really good variety for 3 and under and the bigger kids part is well built. Staff are very friendly. Under 1 and non walkers are free too which is great to get babies socialising. Only downside was that alot of the tables needed cleaning. Otherwise had a great time and will be back.
M. T.My little boy loves this place. Parents are easily able to keep an eye on their toddlers or young children, for which separate areas are available. Snacks and drinks are available from the cafe, and free WiFi should you require it. Great for keeping the kids entertained and getting plenty of exercise.

P. G.I have used this place for 4 years now for my kids parties and general play but recently the staff have been a let down. For a start...a welcoming smile costs nothing. The rambling of the health and safety check list before a kids party is like you are being scolded (I'm the adult ). The staff now circle the play area like vultures. ..it's like there is a competition to see who can find the most offences. The most ridiculous was on my last visit (the 4th party I've arranged there). My 78 year old elderly father finally got off the bench and walked over to the bottom of the slide to see his grand children. His eyes are bad so he was standing about one foot in on a soft mat, a young lady from staff approached him and asked him to get off the mat as he was wearing shoes. Bravo. The looks of the staff at the entrance as they check everyone going in and out could be more sincere. Great venue, but recently a big let down by its staff and their attitude which to be honest isn't conducive for a child's entertainment venue....more for queuing up outside a nightclub. Great place, great in the past but recently the Fun has gone from Funtastic. Hopefully they will correct the attitudes.
Update - I visited again on Saturday 4th November 2017. There must have been a team meeting as the attitude of the staff had vastly improved and we were even asked "did we have fun" upon our exit. So well done to the management and the staff. Back to being a "fun" place. Bravo. I feel it is appropriate to mention the big improvement.

The staff are amazing, always on patrol around the place.
The food is excellent as is the coffee.
My only concern is the sheer size of the place. Sometimes you don't see your little ones for 10 mins which can be worrying.

The Place is not crowded. Located in beautiful Carryduf. On the way back to Belfast wonderful panorama of Belfast hills and entire city.

The toilets smell of pee, you have to spend £5 at the food bar if you have a card to pay which is difficult when you are a parent killing time on your own and just having a latte. The staff aren't really visible out on the floor, just 4 at the one till at the door or at the coffee bar
