Brilliant service from Zain. His personal approach to the issues you're having and guidance is top class. He was very quick to diagnose my issues and started work straight away. Zain does not push you for more sessions than required which shows his trustworthiness and honesty!

After suffering from an injury for over 10 months and visiting other osteopaths, massage therapists and chiropractors. Zain's unique approach has been the most effective so far! He understands "movement" so well and the way muscle groups interact with each other. His initial assessment was extremely thorough and unearthed some issues which I wasn't even aware off but had an effect on my condition. Zain uses various methods of treatment and also spends time in demonstrating exercises which assist with his treatment and muscle strengthening. Best of all, Zain is an excellent listener! He always spends time to understand the problem and asks the right questions to get to the root cause. Throughout the treatment he will always ensure you are comfortable and not in any discomfort. I would highly recommend Zain for his professionalism, eager to provide effective treatment and his good nature!

Zain is an excellent osteopathic practitioner. He’s astute in his execution of adjustments. He takes a holistic approach to his clients wellbeing, taking into account nutritional and psychological factors which may be effecting performance/general health and wellbeing. His attention to detail is second to none and, in my opinion, is a world class osteopath. Having seen and worked with other internationally renowned osteopaths, none have delivered quality of treatment comparable to Zain. Only drawback, he is not available in London enough!

I saw Zain for my hip pain, he was so polite and welcoming when I went to see him. He explained everything incredibly well and gave me a better understanding of why I was in pain. He then taught me some really basic exercises that would help me reduce the pain in the studios on site with videos to remind me when I go home. I’m sad that he has moved from Harrow as he will be missed but he is Birmingham’s gain as he is an amazing practitioner who knows what he is talking about and no faff. I have been to 12th Health several times for my football related injuries. I love how Zainali tailors my recovery to my sport and ensures he looks at every detail of the game from jumping to head the ball to changing direction quickly. He also created a football performance and preventions programme working on my feet strength, stability and movement. The strength and conditioning work has meant I haven’t had a recurrence of my injury which I have had issues with for years! Highly recommend!!

Zain is an outstanding practitioner. I was referred by a friend after my GP diagnosed sciatica and sent me away to look up exercises on line. It took a few sessions of in depth analysis but Zain was determined to get to the root of my problem - and he did. With the simple set of exercises Zain gave me (a video version of him doing them so very easy to follow) I stayed pain free for over two years. When there was a hint of the pain recurring, one visit to Zain was sufficient to “fix” me. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Within minutes of meeting him, you know you are in very safe - and brilliant - hands.
