Good when it goes smoothly but often find i have to keep uploading my ID before they will process my transfer...this is REALLY frustrating! My d licence is in their system why do they keep asking for it...transferred yesterday got email to say all good and authourised but family in Gambia told transaction blocked?? Noone answering UK helpline or main number..now need to wait until Monday to sort out.
