So happy with our experience of visiting Hey Baby! This is our 3rd visit and we will be back again for our gender reveal soon! Everything from the staff to atmosphere is nothing but comfortable. Staff at the front desk are so welcoming and professional, seen both men doing the scan and both are brilliant and welcoming. Highly recommended thank you for reasuring us at such a worrying time.

Had my Gender scan Yesterday, 16 weeks was having a gender reveal so wanted it too be kept unknown all the staff and sonography was absloutey amazing & polite would definitely recommend coming here! Today was my first time at Hey Baby and we were pleasantly surprised. Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere , receptionist was very friendly as were all staff and gave my children lollipops whilst waiting :) The sonographer took time with the scan and was also very friendly. Everything was explained to me at the end at reception and was given 2 lovely photos and a gift pack which I was not expecting ❤ would definitely like to return here again in the near future, thank you 💐

I’ve attended Hey Baby 4D in Acocks Green twice, once for an early reassurance scan and yesterday for a well-being and Gender Scan. Having previously attended a different company for a very early reassurance scan I have to say that Hey Baby 4D is just brilliant. The girls on the reception are so lovely and chatty and put you at ease, and they are genuinely excited for each expectant couple there. The sonographer has been lovely both times, and takes time to explain everything. The gender reveal lighting is a lovely touch and enabled us to have a ‘Team Pink’ gender reveal to family and friends, without the fuss of a party which we didn’t want. Really amazing experience, and I would highly recommend.

This is the best place to have a scan in Birmingham. The sonographer is so professional and made beautiful pictures for us. The receptionist and manager are so caring. They looked after us as if we are special. My pregnant wife say this place is amazing. My six year old son say “ I love this place, we had lots of fun”.

This was my first time booking a private reassurance scan and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Omar, Larna and the sonographer were brilliant, highly informative with such friendly and welcoming attitudes. After looking into private scans in Birmingham we decided to book at hey baby. I am not one to write reviews but they exceeded my expectations during a pandemic. They were flexible with a time slot that worked for me did not rush at all and also took time to ask if we had any questions and explain details to us. I would highly recommend this place and would use it again. The staff are so friendly and make you feel relaxed. Hands down the best private scan place as its my second pregnancy. I had a gender scan and they changed the colours of the lights which was so special for us and gave my daughter a lollipop to keep her busy. Thank you guys so much keep up the hard work so lovely to see excellent customer service.

I am so glad I found this place online. My husband and I travelled from Walsall to have a Reassurance scan due to some concerns with the baby. The customer service from start to finish was amazing! The lovely couple at the reception were so welcoming and even though I was so nervous, they made me feel calmer with their conversation. We had my 3 year old son with us and he enjoyed the whole experience with seeing his new baby brother on the screen and finding out the gender of the baby through the coloured lights on the ceiling. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a lovely, welcoming place for your ultrasounds. They were also very good with keeping social distancing in motion with all couples. Loved the whole experience.

Would recommend to anyone. The couple who run Hey Baby are so lovely. They took time both before and after our scan to chat with us and ask questions, and then genuinely joined in our delight post-gender scan. The colour changing lights is an amazing way to find out the gender of your baby - it feels as though you and your partner are finding out alone, rather than being told by a stranger. The sonographer was polite and detailed and took extra time to find baby and heartbeat at all different angles, answering questions as we went along. The little gift bag at the end is a gorgeous and unexpected touch. Thank you all for being such a huge part of the most magical day for my husband and I. We’ll definitely be back!

What Amazing people. Sairah and Omar made us feel so welcome and explained everything when arriving. Me and my partner were quiet nervous but so glad we booked in with these guys. We are expecting our first child and decided we wanted to have extra scans and checks on the top of the NHS ones. We found few places online and based on the location and availability we have chosen HEY Baby. We are glad that we picked them as we have received an excellent service from them. We visited the Acocks Green branch several occasions, they are professional, the staff is very friendly and organised. The place is very clean, well equipped and it has a very friendly environment. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if we having anymore child in the future.

Hi Guys, Just wanted to provide feedback on my first visit to your clinic last week. On arrival to the clinic the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. Communication was good in terms of the service which was being provided to me. The scan which I received was very detailed when comparing this to other clinics I’ve used before in the past. When my bloods were taken the lady was very professional and hit the spot first time when my arms are normally a nightmare to get anything out! Overall a very good experience and thank you for your hospitality on the day.

We had the most amazing experience this evening at 'Hey Baby'. We felt so comfortable we were made so welcome it was such lovely experience. Kelvin the sonographer was absolutely amazing he really tried his best to get the best 4d pictures made our experience that whole lot special. we did arrive late but we were still seen without hesitance and they didn't make us feel like we pushed them behind, although they were very busy. Absolutely brilliant place to have a scan. Just had my 4d scan at 27+4. Baby was being difficult but the team were absolutely fantastic in helping me get the best pictures possible! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic really happy with the service really friendly me and my partner have been a few times since having ivf just to keep checks on baby the couple who own this are really lovely and welcoming and you can still go together for the scans also kelvin the sonographer is really friendly and professional. I had two scans in this awesome place, gender reveal and bonding & reassurance scan with 36 weeks of pregnancy to check if is everything okay to labour, both experiences was amazing, the front staff and who made my scan was very nice and kind with us. Due the covid restrictions , my husband couldn't see the others scans from the NHS so doing the scans at Hey Baby was special because he finally could check the baby with me. I loved the place and the experience , I definitely recommend!!

We had an early reassurance scan today what a lovely couple could not recommend this place enough, very friendly and reassuring and the scan was done in such detail and they knew my worries so they helped in all areas to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. We got to see our very active baby jumping around and got some lovely pictures and the best part dad could be a part of it to!! Cannot wait to book our gender scan and 4D in a few weeks time.

We had a wonderful experience at Hey Baby. All the staff we met were warm, friendly and chatty. We went for a gender scan and the sonographer wasn't able to tell the gender of our baby - baby wasn't in a good position and wouldn't move. The staff at Hey Baby encouraged me to go for a walk, have a drink, have a snack and then try again quite a few times, but baby stayed put. We ended up being at the clinic for quite a while but the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout. They then invited us to come back the following week for another scan for no additional cost. I would really recommend Hey Baby.

Went with my Son, Daughter in Law and Kimberley’s Mom to have a private 4D Scan, the owners were very friendly and made you feel at ease. They asked my Daughter in Law how she was, and other questions relating to her pregnancy, they also showed interest in their other customers whilst in the waiting room. It was a very pleasant experience especially in this horrid pandemic we are in at the moment. The 4D scan was amazing, I have never been to one before, the images were just wonderful. Visited the clinic for a NIPT test + ultrasound package. Wife is unfortunately suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum and was feeling quite unwell during the visit. The team was super supportive and understanding, and helped her through each step of the process, making sure she was comfortable and under no added pressure. Ultrasound quality was very good and I'm sure we will be returning later on to check on the little one!

What a lovely place and people! I went for an early pregnancy scan today just to check all is going well! You are greeted with a smile and very happy staff! The scan was great very detailed for such a tiny little jelly bean the sonographer showed me absolutely everything and made me feel so much more at ease! I will be returning in 8 weeks for my gender reveal scan! I can not wait! They also sell all the accessories you need for a gender reveal the balloon, smoke cannons, confetti cannons, even golf balls and footballs! I highly recommend Hey Baby I can not wait to return!! Due to corona virus my son could not attend any of the nhs scans .However i found your brilliant company on line. .Alisha and Harry had the most fantastic experience and also i got to view the video so felt i shared their special moment . Your clinic made it so special , they reveal the babies sex by turning the lights to either blue or pink .This is a moment that none of us will forget . Big thank you to a wonderful company , friendly staff helping to create a magical special experience we cant thank you enough .

We came for a 4D scan having attended a previous scan to check genetics. Both times were incredibly professional and friendly. This time, we couldn’t get baby’s face so were offered a reduction in price back to a reassurance scan or the chance to come and try again without extra charge. The obstetric sonographer worked hard to get us the shots we wanted. Later, I was given a fizzy drink and given a window of time to go out for a walk to encourage baby to move into a better position! Of course, with covid, this has been my husbands only true interaction with our first baby (as NHS isn’t allowing him in) and this offers an excellent value for money service while also giving you something priceless. "Had such a lovely experience on my first trip. Parking was found outside quite easily and there is a side road which has space as well. The staff were so friendly and really eased my worries as I was booked in for an early reassurance scan after experiencing 2 miscarriages. The sonographer was so professional and helpful. He took his time to make sure he could see the baby move and check measurements and was constantly reassuring us that the baby was ok.
